When you enter this lovely condo, you will be greeted with tile floors throughout, an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, newly painted walls, and amazing floor to ceiling windows that maximize the panoramic view of the Emerald Coast. A bonus of this beautiful condo is a mini bar with a fridge! Just imagine yourself making a delicious cocktail and enjoying one of your two balconies while gazing at the aquamarine water. This amazing condo gives you everything you would want with coastal living, it is turnkey, provides breathtaking views, capacious rooms, huge balconies, resort style amenities, and close to plenty to do. Vacation in luxury at this awesome beachfront property. This unit is a rare end cap unit with a spacious floor plan including 3 bedrooms with 3 adjoining bathrooms, as well as two sprawling separate balconies overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and the resort's 1300 ft of sugary, white sand beaches!
Make your way down to any of the 3 pools (seasonally heated) the resort has to offer- one of which includes 6800 sq ft of Polynesian style lagoon pool area, hot tub, waterfalls, and plenty of space to soak up the sun. Enjoy poolside fare at the Hangout (open seasonally), where a variety of food and beverages are available throughout the day. Want to enjoy activities other than the beach? This condo is located just a short distance from golfing, the Zoo, Shipwreck Island, Shell Island, famous bars and restaurants like Pineapple Willie's, and the highly rated outdoor mall Pier Park that provides premium shopping, dining, and family fun activities.

3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds
We provide enough Toilet paper, Paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, dish soap/detergent until you can get to the store. (hotel like)

2 Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are included with each reservation! Just tell the beach attendant your staying at Tower III, unit 1001! Beach Chair service is from March 1st until October 31st.
There is no Gym at Long Beach Resort
Must be 25 years old to book, security will not let anyone in if you are under 25 years old.
Includes: Maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, parking is not assigned.
Park anywhere in parking lot.
Please wear armbands while on the property, place parking passes in car to avoid your car being towed.
