Had a nice room, but toilet was outside the room, although private. Would have preferred to have it inside the room

We had an amazing stay at the guest house! The location was perfect, in the centre of the Old Town. The host is incredibly friendly! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will for sure come back! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in Nessebar Old City

We’ve stayed just one night, but we will definitely return. This is a beautiful place, in a typical traditional building. The room is spacious, simple (in a good sense) and comfortable. The cleaning standards are high and the host is very helpful. Due to a travel problem we had to check-in very late, beyond the indicated timeframe, and we received all the support. Overall, the place provided excellent value and I believe it’s a good option for mindful travelers.

Conclusion: host ok, accommodation ok but with the mentioned minuses.

the property is located in the historical area and the access of tourists by car is not allowed. we found this out only a few hours before we arrived, through a message from the host. we had to tell the people at the barrier that we were going to the respective guesthouse and they should allow us access. instead, the gentlemen did not want to leave us under any circumstances. the host had to come and pick us up, so that we could leave our luggage and then go down to the paid parking lot. the accommodation is ok, except for the fact that there were no curtains in 2 of the 3 rooms, which is very disturbing. also the seagulls made noise all night - I think they have nests everywhere...it was an unbearable noise. we had free coffee and tea.

I would gladly return to this cozy and comfortable hotel.

I really liked the location for family vacations. Cozy atmosphere, friendly welcoming hosts, modern appearance, neat and well-kept premises. The hotel is located in the very center of the old city, from where all the architectural monuments can be easily reached on foot. The level of service and comfort pleasantly surprised. I recommend!!!
