Summary:
48 Rumbelow St – Sea Views, Family Friendly.
You will spend most of your time on the timber deck admiring the amazing view of The Bluff, Encounter Bay and coastline beyond.
This four-bedroom home is positioned between Whalers and Battye Roads and is close to the Encounter Bay boat ramp, Whalers Seaside Dining and the beautiful Encounter Bay sandy beach.

The Space:
On entering you will be amazed by the fabulous windows across the open plan lounge, dining and sitting area which bring the ocean views inside. There are comfortable sofas to view the TV and room for eight people to dine together. Enjoy the extra sitting area to read a book or take in the views with a coffee.

Recently upgraded to ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout home.

The kitchen includes gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, oven, coffee bean machine and grinder and a coffee pod machine.
Off the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine and dryer and there’s also a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom one is spacious with a king bed, fabulous ocean views with access to the large timber deck. There is a two-way bathroom with bath, vanity and shower. There is also a wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two and three are at the front of the home and include a queen bed. Bedroom three has a ceiling fan and both bedrooms have a wardrobe.
Bedroom four includes two sets of single bunk beds.

Separate toilet.

In the fenced backyard there is a grassed area and fire pit. On the deck is an outdoor setting and a BBQ to enjoy quiet evening sunsets. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

There is off street parking available for three vehicles.
Garage is not included.
