2335 Oyster Catcher is a stunning 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Seabrook Island vacation home with multiple living spaces, spacious bedrooms, several private outdoor decks, deluxe furnishings throughout, and amazing island views.
The main level of the home features a living area with comfortable sofa seating, expansive windows, a custom fireplace, wall-mounted flatscreen frame TV, and an additional bonus room with a sectional sofa, another flatscreen TV, and access to the outdoor deck. The dining room is located just off the living area with seating for six, an additional outdoor dining area for eight, and an indoor breakfast nook for four. The gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a kitchen island with bar seating for four.
The main level also features two guest bedrooms. The first is located just off the kitchen with a king size bed, luxury furnishings, and an expansive full attached bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanity, and glass shower. The second bedroom is located off of the main living area near the half guest bathroom. It features a king size bed, full attached bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower, as well as access to the outdoor deck through sliding glass doors.
The lower level offers four more expansive bedrooms and a laundry room. The laundry room features a high-end washer and dryer set, ironing board, storage, and sink. The first lower-level bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the expansive outdoor deck. The detached bathroom features a dual vanity and bath rub/shower combo that is shared with the second bedroom. The second lower-level bedroom features a queen-size bed, and double doors leading to the outdoor deck.
The third lower-level bedroom features a queen-size bed and double doors leading to the outdoor deck. The fourth lower-level bedroom offers two twin-sized beds and a desk space. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The outdoor space offers beautiful views of the Island from multiple private outdoor decks with comfortable seating and a designated outdoor dining area.
Guests enjoy a quick walk to the beach and are only a mile to the Seabrook Island Beach Club and pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
