The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher, a utility with tumble dryer. table top freezer and ironing facilities, a sitting room with Smart TV and an electric fire, and a first-floor snug. There is one double bedroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed side patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and a pub in 1.8 miles. The Coach House is a delightful haven for a romantic break to Flintshire. Note: There are steps to the exterior and interior of the home. Note: Limited headroom under upstairs and lounge doorways, please be careful. Note: There is one small pond in the garden. Note: The area at the end of the main driveway can be used for turning vehicles. Note: Small step into lounge from kitchen. Note: This property doesn't allow children or infants.
