The check-in process went well. The check-in person was friendly and was good about explaining how to use the room card and where the room was. It was not explained as to pool hours or breakfast hours. The room is a nice size and it is comfortable. The TV is a little smaller but fine for the little bit of viewing I did. The desk area is quite dusty. The bathroom is a nice size and is clean.

Me and my family was there for basketball tournament. I must say from the time we arrived 7/19 the staff at the front desk was very kind! It was little hick up after our check-in. But then it was figured out. They prayed for us and with us! And to say the first place basketball championship was WON!! But, the hotel is budget friendly, clean, and a great stay! It’s not a 4 to 5 star hotel but they definitely made you feel like it was and made sure my family & I was good in our stay! Thank you to the owner and his wife, and Staff for a good hotel stay ever because of y’all! 🙂

It’s an older super eight. It is affordable, there is a bed and a shower. A fridge and microwave. Owner/front desk was awesome, kind, respectful. Not a luxury hotel but a nice budget friendly. My room did look like the pictures

To start off i booked with Expedia and was charged, I get there and register and im charged again by the Motel. When you lay on the bed you sink to the frame. The a/c was LOUD but didnt cool off the room. No cups in the room, electric outlets with no cover plate and falling from its cavity. It was a horrible experience.

Unable to use the pool due to hot tub being down, breakfast consist of mini cinnamon rolls and sliced iced bread left out all night on the lobby area desk, there was a dog locked in what should of been the breakfast nook/ room, seems to need some updating inside and out .The hotel front desk customer service is great but very religious, very nice couple, once you check in the gentleman asks if he can pray for you , while he wants to hold hands with your party and his wife and prays if u agree .. There was only a few other guest there, which they did not come out of their rooms , booked for two nights but felt uncomfortable so we left early and had to pay for another night else where. Horrible experience. We booked this as a last minute stay because we decided last minute to go away for the weekend. The hotel owner calls me 9:28 pm to ask if we are still going to be going there. I said yes and will be there later. He then calls me back at 10:30 to ask me if we are still coming (room is paid for and he claims to do night audit). We arrive at 1045 pm he tells me they have no staff on duty from 11pm until morning. Like seriously how it can be a hotel with no staff overnite. We decide to get a snack and all but 3 things in the veding machine are EXPIRED from 2023. Get to our room there is hair on the toilet (not ours) and in the sink. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years the hotel itself smells old and musty. The only good thing about the hotel was he was nice enough to lend me a charger for my phone hence why I gave it a 1 instead of 0. WILL NEVER ever stay there again.

After praying with me and for me during check in which was weird and awkward. The owner then wanted to know everything about what I do for work. I work in the cannabis industry which is legal in Michigan. The owner went into my room with out my permission after calling me six times in a half hour during a business meeting I had left the hotel for. Because I smelled of cannabis. He then told it me it was a place dedicated to god and that I was a bad person and needed to be saved. Absolute lunatic!!!

People were very nice, check in was easy. We chose hotels on our road trip for 3 main reasons, 1. Pool/ hot tub 2. Breakfast 3. Price/ location. We got checked in only to find the pool/ hot tub and gym were all closed. Breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing to because the waffle irons were broken. Overall the room was clean and workers were friendly.

This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Took my friend and I 30 minutes to check in. While checking in, the manager whom had very broken English, told us that we could not go in the pool, because he put chemicals in it and it needed to sit for 24 hours. That was annoying, after our 4 hour trip from Wisconsin. Then we were told to park way behind the hotel, because we had a trailer with a UTV on it. It was frustrating, because it was a long walk to unload our vehicle. Once we got to the room, we noticed that the lamp was coming off of the wall and could see the cords. Then only one outlet worked. We left and went out to dinner, and then my friend Laura Nys came. Due to the difficulty to check in, I went with her and told them to leave it in my name, thinking it would be easier. IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT!!! We got settled, and then they called my friends phone, trying to tell her that she needed to pay for her room. We explained that I paid for the room. He called again and we told him again. Then he called a 3rd time and we decided to just go down there and show him, that I aggreed to pay for her room. He then tried to tell her that he needed her credit card. Then he tried to get me to cancel my reservation through Expedia. He said he doesnt make any money when people book that way. Then he and his wife (I think), told us to leave a good review, and that they Love Jesus. Which is fine, I love him too, but they were pretty extreme with their "evangelism". After
