The biggest appeal of this property is it's amazing location, it's practically right on Sunset Blvd, which puts it on the same footing as the London hotel, the Edition Hotel, the One hotel, the Andaz hotel, the Mondrian hotel, the Chateau Marmont, the Argyle, and the Sunset Marquis.
If you take that into consideration, it is a tremendous value!
But it has none of the noise, as it is uniquely guarded by a hill and the mansion before it. You can walk to all the hotspots on the Sunset Strip, and have all the fine dining options of Sunset Plaza within a few minute walk as well as the Equinox gym.
Mixing modernity and comfort, all the while bringing nature and tranquility to the bustle of the city, I present to you an oasis directly above the Sunset Strip. Walking distance to all the fine dining and entertainment options.
It sits at the base of the Hills and enjoys a tranquil and resort like setting in the backyard, with city views from the front yard. There is a game room with an professional 8 foot Olhausen pool table with fast competition felt for the hardcore pool players, or for those who want to hone their skills on a table worthy of concentration or conversation amongst friends.
