The cottage is so cute and clean with all amenities we could need. It is nestled in such a beautiful area with great access to all surrounding downtown restaurants, beaches, and activities. Alissa was very sweet and helpful to checking us in and eager to make sure we had a great stay. Hope to make another trip for next summer.

This was the perfect spot for two. Very clean and cozy. Wonderful lush bath towels. Quiet with crickets at night and occasional visits from a family of wild turkeys.
Alissa very responsive to questions.
Great location and Father’s Kitchen just up the road a wonderful spot when you want something other than seafood.
I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who likes clean, quiet, cozy places.

It was a lovely stay. Very nice host. She made us feel at home. Even brought a bicycle for my son. Very helpful, attentive. Very clean. Would definitely recommend to stay there.

Loved staying here. Great location, central to everything. Clean and has everything you need. Host was very accommodating

The property was clean and neat. My suggestions are that there be bath soap and shampoo for the bathroom. If you flush the toilet before you use the shower, you have to wait a bit for the water pressure to normalize.
Overall the stay was great, our host was very helpful and the location was just right for our trip.

We liked the location of the cottage, it was a short drive to the beach, and good restaurants near by.

Fresh, stylish, comfortable and immaculate, cottage exceeded expectations. Our hostess was nearby and helpful. She kindly answered questions ahead of trip and thought of everything we could need. We were late arrival so having essentials all available was appreciated - she even put up bird feeder when she heard we were birders! Fresh garden flowers lovely and so Cape Cod! Central cape location close to great restaurants, charming shops, lovely beaches. Kitchen had everything we needed and cottage perfect with room to spred out. Just a perfect experience!

Very quiet location (except for that pesky train whistle). The location was ideal as a base "camp" for exploring 'up-cape, North': Sandwich, Cap Code canal, bay beaches, dinning was excellent (oh and ah, don't miss the Sandwich Glass Museum!).
A drip coffee maker would be a good addition as well as network television.
But I can't say enough about the comfort of the cottage and the friendliness of the property manager.

If you are looking for the ideal retreat to get away from it all, this is it. Yet it is close enough to a neighborhood market, book store, and best of all, the beach (all within walking distance) that you will not lack for anything. It's the perfect, peaceful home away from home.
