Features a huge kitchen, living area and an outdoor entertaining space with BBQ, pool table, Bali Hut and dining area - and only a 5-minute walk to the playground, tennis courts, pools and BBQ areas! The Space:
Leave the city behind and set your watch to "Agnes time" at the Sunrise Surfhouse. This holiday home offers the perfect balance of adventure and homely relaxation. Super spacious, the property boasts 5 bedrooms and sprawling living areas, providing ample space for every member of the family to enjoy their holiday. Perfect also for surfers, groms and yogis, the home has plenty of boards, yoga mats and toys for the facilities (tennis racquets etc.) to utilise during your stay.
The Surfhouse is a great holiday home for kids - bring your bikes and skateboards to scoot 5 minutes up the road to the playground, 2 x pools, tennis courts and BBQ areas. Or just kick back at home and explore the serene bushland surroundings. Springs Beach is a 15 minute "hilly" walk or a 2-minute drive to the surf tower car park (recommended, especially if you've got kids and/or boards). Springs Beach offers a nice break for beginners and intermediate surfers alike. After a day or two in the surf, be sure to book yourself a mobile masseuse and make use of the home's own dedicated massage room with table. Bliss!
The kitchen is huge, with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (BYO grinds) oven and appliances. There is a chest freezer in the garage for use as well. The living room opens to a large outdoor deck with a BBQ, pool table, outdoor dining area with hammocks and a BALI HUT for yoga and quiet contemplation.
Room configurations as follows:
1. Master bedroom with king bed and own ensuite
2. King bedroom with large walk in robe
3. King bed with additional bunk bed (double below and single bunk above)
4. The massage room with massage table
5. Queen bedroom with separate bathroom next door.
The Surfhouse is also only a short drive into town with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Guests staying at this property have access to the Sunrise at 1770 estate facilities including 2 x 25m infinity pools overlooking the ocean, BBQs, tennis courts (bring your racquets and balls), volleyball court, basketball ring, carwash, children’s playground and 0.5m shaded wading pool for the little ones. Sunrise at 1770 has private access to 4 beaches including Springs Beach (voted Australia's Best Beach), Sunrise Beach, China Beach and Red Rock Beach. The estate facilities and beach access tracks are approximately 1 minute’s drive from this holiday home (it is a very large estate with steep hills down to the beach access tracks, so best drive and park).

Sunrise at 1770 is located a 5 minute drive from the main centre of Agnes Water where numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery shops and boutique stores are located. Sunrise at 1770 is located a 12 minute drive to Town of 1770, where trips to the Great Barrier Reef leave daily (weather permitting). Your perfect getaway awaits!
From the centre of town, follow Springs Road past the Visitor Information Centre and drive for 5 minutes through the paperbark bushland. You will eventually reach a roundabout which separates Sunrise at 1770 North Estate (left) from Sunrise at 1770 South Estate (right).

- Maximum 3 cars permitted at property, no boats sorry (please utilise 1770 Boat Storage on Bicentennial Drive)
- Maximum speed of 30km/h throughout Sunrise gazetted roads
- Communal areas (namely pool areas) to be left as found and BBQs cleaned after use
- Strict rules regarding noise, no parties/ functions
- Sorry, no pets permitted within Sunrise
- No boats or trailers permitted within the Sunrise at 1770 estate
