Lovely staff, simple room, little bit pricey for what you get - but it's central Ibiza town!

Location.
The staff were completely disrespectful. The guy in the main desk was VERY aggressive and did NOT allow me to go up to my own room even though I had the keys and payed for it. It was 6am, I was exhausted and coming back from a party and he questioned the documents that were signed by me. He yelled at us and was pointing at us every time we came downstairs. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. In the last day, he left a NOTE that stated that “room 504 was not allowed to leave their bags in the storage”. Nobody told us that in advance and it was written in the contract that “guests that checked out before 11 could leave their bags in the lobby”. They just told us that in the morning of the check out and we had to get a boat. We LOST OUR BOAT because the hostel went against their own rules! We literally lost 500 euros. We had to pay 71 euros each to leave our bags at a storage very far from the port. Our stay in Ibiza was totally jeopardized by the way we were treated in the hostel! Do not stay there!!!!

Excellent location to walk to port and old town. Very helpful staff.
I was most worried about security. The door and lock was very flimsy.

Basic , clean accomodfation for an overnight stay in Ibiza old town. No frills.
the lift wasn't working

Basic good value, no frills, friendly staff, good location.
A bit noisy - voices tended to echo and some of the other guests made little effort to converse quietly, even if returning late.

the location was great and Juanita was the best and helpful person 🙏
it was okay

The room was exactly what I had needed for my short stay in Ibiza. Check in was quick, bathrooms were cleaned often, check out was at a reasonable time, and our bedroom was a good size with a sink inside of it. Bathrooms were large and clean (2 per floor).
It got a little warm inside the room but turn on the fan and it helps keep it perfectly cool!

very central location, good price for what it offers, very clean both toilets and rooms and friendly staff!
everything was perfect

It’s good to sleep on the single bed without sharing room which that’s provide privacy and security. Location is great close to everywhere in Ibiza. Ibiza Port, Ibiza Old Town, just by walking in a few minutes and 20 mins to beach.
Well, the weather is hot in Ibiza as it’s summer time which that makes the room boiling like sweating room in the apartment, the room has ventilator but it’s looks like cooling itself.

Clean and simple accommodation, very central and close to the harbour and old town. Our bathroom provided all we needed, reliable hot water and clean towels. Bed was reasonably comfortable, useful table and wardrobe. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
It was a fairly hot September so the room was a bit too warm, we had a balcony that provided welcome coolness in the evenings. No air con, there was a ceiling fan. Fairly old furnishings and fittings but all were clean and worked ok. Not particularly low cost but was cheaper than most accommodation in Ibiza town.

It was a clean room. It was centraly located. The personel was excellent, they even let us leave our bags when we checked out.
It was too hot. It had got ceiling fan but it didnt do something. And there were a lot of noises.

The price was cheap, location wasn't too bad but in terms of getting to the big clubs if you managed to get a taxi which will cost around €10 and getting to the airport is around €15
It was extremely loud - you could hear people moving around the rooms and having a conversation. In terms of clubbing - getting a taxi it was a bit difficult due to the location is near old town; alternative is to walk (which I strongly recommend you don't) it will take 45 minutes each way to Ushuaia . The facilities were very dirty, I saw a used female sanitary product. The toilet facilities were shared (I knew this before I was coming in)

It was very clean, and it's what you NEED in a hotel.
Really great price for what it offer (you have to remember is a one star hotel in Ibiza).

Staff was nice. (however one of the receptionist didn't speak English)
No lift!!!!
I was on the 5th floor. I had to use the stairs even to smoke a cigarette.
The building is very hot. The room as well. The ventilator on the ceiling doesn't help.
No fridge in the rooms. At least they could put a fridge to keep the drinks cold. They were warm after staying 30 mins in the room. There was 1 fridge at the reception but who wants to do 5 floors up and down for a sip of water???
4.5
Lovely place to stay, cheap and good value for money.
Would be no good if there was a kitchen area to make food? But no big deal as hundreds of restaurants around.

Clean, central, fair price.
Very noisy (drunken) neighbours - screaming, playing loud music, slamming doors etc. It was hard to sleep.

Good location for a group of men spending a long weekend in Ibiza Town. Close to the port, centre and nightlife. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Showers were hot and plenty of hot water.
No lift so not suitable if stairs are a problem. Building work going on in the street so noisy during the morning. No food facilities.

!Location very central near the harbor and the old town or the bus stops and the shopping area! Great location indeed!
Reception friendly and keen to offer info.
Got everything you need in the room (small storage cabinet, night desk, a chair, a mirror, ceiling fan and a sinker in the room, garbage bin, window overlooking inner patios and blinder curtains)
Daily cleaning very much appreciated.
I had a very spacious room!
Materass and pillow not the best. The pillow is way too hard and solid. Smelled very bad and the fabric of the sheets and the upholstery it was totally synthetic and cheap and would set you on fire overnight (lots of sweating at night, wonder if the previous guests had the same issue the pillow and materass must be soaked in body fluids etc)
They could solve this by installing covers on matrasses and use cotton sheets. That would be a game changer. Also the pillow! Why so hard! Had a stiffy neck now ever since I've slept there! I understand you have to consider the quantity because of the size of the facilities but a little quality would do wonders for your business!

super location, very clean and pleasant staff
the room smelled so much of smoke was not pleasant
