This single-story home sits within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, stores, and fantastic attractions for your convenience. When you're looking to get out and about, head to Rockport Pier, Rockport Beach Breakwater Pier, the Official History Center for Aransas County, Rockport Beach Park, or Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, all close by.

At day's end, walk through the front door to find a bright and inviting oceanic theme and an open-concept floor plan that provides plenty of room for you and your guests. The living room features a plush nautical couch, other comfortable furnishings, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen awaits your master chef so they can prepare your favorite home-cooked recipes. Chill your favorite bottle of wine in the beverage fridge, then kick it up on the deck and admire the view of the glistening waters. There's also an additional wet bar on the main level near the kitchen and dining area.

End the night on a good note by streaming your favorite movie straight from the comfort of your couch. You will not be disappointed in all this home has to offer!

Disclosure: Dock/Pier were damaged in a recent tropical storm. Initial repairs have been completed, and most of the pier is available for use. There will be additional work in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience. The back deck and upper deck are still available .

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
