The private house is in the coveted Eastside area of Costa Mesa.
Our VACATION RENTAL is close to Disneyland and 2 miles to the beach. A 1/2 mile walk to the walking trails of Newport Back Bay. We are 1.5 miles from John Wayne airport.
An ideal base to explore the Orange County area. It has everything you need for your trip. It is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you have the convenience of a private fenced yard, with a patio and BBQ.

Thank you to our special hosts who didn't bat an eye when we had a simple question that could have been answered if we had taken a closer look at the guest book instructions. We shot them a message and within minutes they gave us a call! Super responsive, wi-fi worked great, the house was tidy and clean, and the "zen" experience in the backyard porch made for such a great game night.

This property was exactly as listed and is conveniently located near stores, shops, and the Back Bay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was well appointed with serving platters and large bowls. Large green backyard, table and grill. Loved it!!

This place was as advertised. Great little 2 bedroom home with quick access to freeways, beaches and Disney. We did it all over our time staying. Disney was a quick drive for one of our days, second day we went to the beaches of the OC and our last day we went into LA.
Host was awesome and even gave an excellent recommendations for activities with our family.

This 2BR +2BA with outdoor space was a perfect size and location for our family group of 5 (1 infant) plus our small dogs to spend a week. We really enjoyed its close proximity to the Newport Bay Conservation Area and walked our dogs there daily. (We saw a heron, egrets, hawks, and a beautiful coyote!) Location is near the OC airport, and you hear the planes taking off, but it didn’t really bother us. Pretty convenient drive for going to Disneyland as well. The place was pretty clean, and the barbecue, laundry, stove, coffee pot and dishwasher worked great. Owner checked in with us midway which was appreciated. Place is as pictured. Would stay here again.

We traveled to CA for a college softball tournament. The owners were excellent with their communication and everything went very well. The home was super nice and clean. Even with the owners living up front. You have your own private space. A couple times when we came back to the house, the owners, Jim and Valarie, were outside. They are so kind and we had great conversations. Wil definitely reach out again when we are in the area

The place was perfect for a family who needs a safe, clean, comfortable house to themselves. Definitely. Positive choice for a family going to Disneyland (25 min drive ish). It's not super fancy but has parking, Netflix, stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a perfect place & centrally located for everywhere we were going. It had everything we needed in the kitchen & was very clean all over! Loved the fireplace, heater to be cozy when watching tv or reading. We would stay here again. Many tha ks.

We recently adopted our foster son and he aged out in the process, so while he is 18 he is still very much a teenager and missed out on a lot of fun as a kiddo. So since he is Goth we wanted to take him to Disneyland during the Nightmare Before Christmas festivities at the Haunted Mansion. We also hadn’t seen our family in Southern California since before the pandemic.
So we drove down on a Sunday and came home on Black Friday.
This spot is an Oasis. Everything from Gas to Groceries to a Dispensary are just a loop around this quiet neighborhood.
We were 20 mins from Disneyland, 30 from our family and an hour from Hollywood (there was a freeway outage that may have made these longer so definitely check when you are there.)
We setup our xbox and kiddo stayed in the bunkbed room with his laptop when not with us and had no wifi issues at all (and both my wife and I worked on this trip).
Couch doesn’t look comfortable but it totally is, we loved it. Kitchen is perfectly setup to cook. The backyard is perfect for family meals.
Excellent for being a tourist or needing quiet for work or just to have a quiet spot for family time, so it fit all of our needs. We will absolutely come back. Perfect.

Needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The location is great - easy to get anywhere as the freeways are close by this nice neighborhood. It was really easy to book with Valerie and her home was perfect. Thank you - we'll see you again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Valerie was a great host, very responsive. It’s in a great location. The only downside was that it’s on a semi busy street. However Valerie has multiple gates that helped us feel safer staying there with a little one. u

Mattresses are soft, but I’m the only who needs a firm mattress. Luckily, the couch converts to a VERY comfortable, nicely firm bed. (NOT a sofa bed…a firm cushion that pulls out and up to extend the surface of the couch…was perfect!)
Didn’t have a hair dryer so bring your own.
Felt safe and secure and close to restaurants and Newport Beach where we kayaked!

This home is adorable, and very private with a fabulous kitchen. Great enclosed yard with so many nice features, great for pets and kids. Valerie is very kind and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed there for several days while moving our daughter to CA. The place was perfect for us. This is our first time staying at someone’s guest residence, so we weren’t sure how easy or awkward it would be, but Valerie made it extremely comfortable. The access to the house was extremely easy and we still had all the privacy we wanted. The place had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable to accommodate our family of four. We plan on staying there anytime we come to visit our daughter.

Super cute little home with all the amenities and them some that made our stay in California all that more special. Valerie, Jim, and Floyd made us feel welcome and made sure all of our needs and creature comforts were met. LOL
We were out there for a soccer tournament, traveling all the way from Key West, and decided not to stay in a hotel so we could have more freedom over meal preparation and rest/relaxation in between games for the week-long tournament. It was perfect. Excellent location, beautiful foliage, and the nicest hosts imaginable.

We have stayed in countless vaca rentals over the years. Valerie was by far the best hostess we have dealt with. Very responsive and so very friendly! The place is a full separate house and even has its own yard, includigd a covered bbq area with all the amenities. It was as quiet and private as we have had. A few short minutes to the ocean with phenomenal views and walks. I could go on... but its ck out time, so... Thank you so much!!!!

Valerie and Jim did a great job with their property! It had everything we needed. I really appreciated all their kitchen amenities and the super comfortable beds. I slept well every night and so did my kids. We were in town for a very busy water polo tournament and the location was perfect. I loved that it wasn't far from the freeway. The backyard space was incredible--so peaceful and relaxing. I brought my dog and he liked having the outdoor space. I wish we could have had more time at the house to enjoy it more. I'll definitely book it again for the next water polo tournament and any visits in SoCal.

This was a great location and we had a wonderful stay, Valerie and Jim are very welcoming, and they shared their space with us which was perfect she has lush plants and beautiful flowers. This is exactl what we needed. AC kid and dog friendly - even a doggie door! She had everything we needed to cook, equipped with games puzzles tv and several spaces our family was all able lounge it! We used the grill area and I worked outside daily. There were parks all in walking distance. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay with the family and a dog.
