The bedrooms consist of a double, a second-floor double with en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed, front garden, a rear multi-level patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.6 miles, Bentley Brook in 0.2 miles, and River Derwent in 1 mile. For a lovely base in Derbyshire, whisk your loved ones away to 1 Barley Cottage. Note: There are steps in the garden; please take care. Please note the property only accepts a minimum of 3 nights stay. Please note: This property can accommodate up to 6 guests, and any infants must be included in the headcount for insurance purposes. Note: property can only accommodate a Friday changeover.

From the cable car that transports guests to the Heights of Abraham, a fantastic location for the whole family with its showcaves, nature walk, water gardens, and Owl Maze, tourists may take in magnificent views of the gorge.
