There are two separate bedrooms, on the open gallery the sofa bed (1.50 x 3.00) offers two additional sleeping places. Here you can enjoy the view through the large panoramic windows. In the living area there is a fireplace for cozy, contemplative hours. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator in combination with freezer and water & ice dispenser for the hot days. Even a small washing machine is ready in case of emergency or an unintentional mishap. Furthermore, there is a TV in all rooms. In the living and kitchen area this has been upgraded with a sound bar. The telecom connection provides fast internet access with high performance. On the TV you can access with their own access data, for example, Netflix or Amazon, etc.. Playing, surfing and home office is thus possible. On the terrace you can start sunny days with a shared breakfast. There is also a barbecue, so you can eat at the end of the day and enjoy the view together. For the particularly hot days, air conditioning and fan are available in the house. The harbor with the house's jetty also allows for nice water excursions, as there are several paddling or boat rental stations in the area. Even in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room after a walk along the icy lake or through the snow-covered forests. The stove brings cozy warmth and a cozy place for the whole family.
