La situation en centre ville. Le plan de visite des principales "clés" de Figeac, proposé par le propriétaire.

Marion, the proprietor, was extremely friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and things to do on our 5 day stay.

Excellent stay , would recommend.

Super location in the heart of town. Parking in the garage was easy and trouble free. Our superior room was at the front of the hotel and the owner had ensured it was cool prior to our arrival. I thought this was kind. The breakfast was to a high standard and a good variety of food on offer. Gluten free bread was available too. Overall the hotel had a lovely feel but the host, Marion, made it for me. She spoke good English and went out of her way to look after her guests. She was a delight!
There was no aircon but we didn’t need it when we were there.

the room was very nice and large with everything you would need
kettle etc
bathroom was great with a really good large shower
linen and towels of good quality
breakfast was very nice all fresh ingredients
the hotel has been beautifully decorated although an old building it has
been lovingly restored even has a lift and the small outside area where you can have breakfast
is very nice and all within walking distance to town and river
also garage parking which thankfully we booked was great as parking outside is very busy
Nothing all good thanks

The breakfast was our favorite feature of our stay, everything was fresh and bio and local. Such an expansive and delicious offering: breads, jams, eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals…even homemade cookies!
We also appreciated that the hotel made a priority of using local, bio products and keeping the environmental impact low.

My train was canceled and the replacement bus arrived at 10pm. The owner Marion was kind enough to order a taxi for me and she greeted me warmly when I arrived. The room was comfortable and I like the efforts to be sustainable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was variable and well presented. Owners were efficient and friendly. For the price this hotel is great value for money, car parking close and secure and location very close to the centre of beautiful Figeac.
They let us keep our car in the park after checkout so that we could go to the market day.
And the first lift on our trip to take our cases to our room, not the usual slog up the stairs.

The hotel has a great vibe & I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make a great stay. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. Lovely outdoor area. Quiet at night. Great location in the old town - a few minutes walk to everything you need. Best breakfast I have had in 2 months in France. Elevator or stairs to the rooms.

Friendly and very helpful hosts , modern comfortable accomodation in older, atmospheric building - a great combination of old and new. Close to everything but in quieter part of the historic centre. Has a lift - no bar but an honour system for a basic selection of drinks available 24/7.

Good location, easy stroll to the centre, big room (linen bedding!), good breakfast, elevator, secure parking (very important as the streets were crowded with much construction). Very accommodating owners.

lovely quiet haven close to the centre of Figeac. Their approach to minimal plastic and to be as ecological as possible was appreciated

Located in Old Town with easy access to the GR 65 hiking trail. Welcoming and helpful hosts, thoughtfully decorated rooms, great breakfast available. Shaded garden sitting and dining area.
Nothing.

Location, helpful staff, peaceful surroundings
Poor Wi-fi
Parking is an extra charge. The claimed "free parking" does not in effect exist

the bedroom and bathroom were a good size and very tastefully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little ‘green’ touches like the natural olive oil based shower gel, the organic cotton sheets and the no plastic ideology. There is a free car park directly in front of the hotel but I’d recommend booking a space in the hotel’s garage if you don’t want to spend ages driving around looking for a space.
Breakfast was quite formal. I would have preferred being able to serve myself from a buffet rather than having to request each item individually. This may have been necessary during covid but all the other hotels we stayed at in France have gone back to the buffet system.

The ideology of the hotel is up-dated and relevant for the environmental situation of today. So many details are carried out to be relevant for that basic ideology.
Hard to say.

The hotel was very clean and with great facilities in a good location. Very plentiful breakfast which we paid extra for, with the best cup of tea!
I thought 2 euro to store a bike was a bit steep on top of quite an expensive room rate.
We have traveled all over France for years and never had to pay extra for overnight storage for our bikes.
