We stayed here previously. The host is friendly, communicative, and well organised. The accommodation is an older style house that is well equipped and generally clean and comfortable. The beds (mattresses and pillows) are of a good quality and very comfortable. The furnishings, although dated, are adequate. The location is very handy to the hospital and well located for a drive down south along the Albany Highway. The place is good value for money. We'd stay again.
Two things: 1. If the visitors in the back apartment/house are noisy, you can hear them through the wall. 2. The shower screen could do with a proper scrub and clean.

Did request key access 2 days before... reply"Access on the day"...
Awake before daylight for long drive to regional airport.. WAIT in city for connecting flight... 5 1/2 hr flight East coast to West coast... Car rental pickup and drive to house .......... NO WIFI SO NOT ABLE FIND KEY CODE FOR LOCK ON FRONT DOOR!!
RESULT. .paid $180 and MUST SLEEP IN THE CAR!!

Communication was amazing. No confusion on how to access the property. Nice and clean with lots of space.
Couldn’t get the wifi to work, but not that big of an issue.

Great location, close to shops, and major roads. Size was what we were looking for, for a family stay.
An older house, with ample space and furnishings.
Extra towels for all the beds, would have been really good, rather than sharing them around.

Easy to get there, older property, but bathroom was great with an awesome shower, beds were comfy, good rate for location. all neat and clean.

Lovely old style house. Easy checkin and good location. Comfortable beds and reasonable price.
Some of the door knobs were loose and hard to open and there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring unit even though they weren't being excessively loud. Could do with better lighting in bedrooms eg lamp.

Location is well situated and on a quiet street. The house is an older property but nice and Comfortable with lovely beds and bedding. Good kitchen with all you need, and the shower in 29 A was awesome with continuous hot water.
A nice rug in the loungeroom would be nice as it's a bit sparce, even an upgrade on the couch would "look" a bit nicer. The one it has is nice but a bit tired.
There is a sharp corner on the cream bedhead/drawer that could do with a cover. And it's just me but 2 pillows each would make sleeping that little more comfortable. A small outdoor table and chairs would be great for the porch too. These are small things though, but would greatly benefit the property 🙂

The location was perfect for our purpose. The bedding was lovely and warm and cosy. The shower was awesome, nice and hot and lots of water pressure.
It was a little chilly. It was good that there was an oil heater, but it wasn't quite warm enough at night. We used the spare doonas on our beds.
