Plush and comfortable - met expectations.

Optimal location in the heart of the city, with connectivity to all major business areas. Good breakfast too!

Great stay in a fine property!

Breakfasts were fabulous with smoked salmon on the breakfast buffet. Dinner was a great buy with fabulous variety of choices! Room was extremely nice with a very comfy bed. Bathroom was also excellent! The staff were helpful and prompt!

There is nothing bad to say about the property except its location is a half hour drive to the fort.

Overall, very good value for money in terms of location, comfort, facilities and food.

Location is very good with good view of Taj Mahal, very comfortable room with all facilities, very good restaurant and food. Breakfast was very good.

Housekeeping disturbing at odd hours and ringing the bell impatiently till someone opens the door. On one occasion, the housekeeping even started opening the door before we could!!

Good hotel in less touristic area

The room is modern and clean. The hotel is adjacent to a very little shopping center including a supermarket, McDonalds, etc. However, the hotel is not in the touristic area, approx. 15-20 min by car to Taj Mahal area, 2-3 nice restaurants nearby. Security staff at the entrance is very polite.

In the morning of the check-in day I contacted the hotel and let them know my time of arrival. Despite that, the hotel tried to call me multiple times within few minutes and then texted me in WhatsApp, that I should let them know my arrival time, if not they would cancel my reservation. What happens if someone is not available via phone, when they contact you? This made me feel very uncomfortable. I told reception, but my concerns were not taken seriously.

La ubicación y que es cómodo

Me contactaron por WhatsApp para preguntarte a qué hora llegaría, les comenté que estábamos en Jaipur y que llegaríamos muy de noche, les pedí que guardaran nuestras habitaciones que era un hecho que llegaríamos, y era amenazsnte que me decían que si no pagaba podría perder las reservaciones de mis tres habitaciones, me Obligaban a darles mi tarjeta de crédito y no pasaba el cargo a la distancia, por más que les pedía que fueran pacientes y que a mi llegada al hotel haría el pago, me seguían condicionando a pagar o transferir por más que les explicaba que mi cuenta era mexicana y que no podía trasferir seguían insistiendo, tuve que pedir ayuda a mi amiga de Jaipur con la cual estaba en ese momento para que se comunicara con ellos y que comprendieran que a mi llegada haría el pago y que era un echo que llegaría, fue estresante sentir la amenaza de que si no se hacía el cargo podría perder las habitaciones. Tuve que ser enérgica y pedirles que me dejaran comer y que a mi llegada haría el pago correspondiente.

Spazi ampi e arredi confortevoli. Essendo decentrato é comodo il ristorante interno. Colazione abbondante.

Pulizia scarsa, soprattutto il bagno, mensole polverose, aloni sulle porte e pavimenti. Posizione decentrata e in una sorta di centro commerciale.

It was not too good and not too bad.

When I booked these rooms through booking.com the charges were different. When I paid at the property they have charged us extra. This is so disappointing. They should have tell us straight away about the price differences.

Exceptional hotel

The most amazing hotel! The staff are very welcoming and nice, they help you with everything they can. Thanks specially to Monika, Aman, Dheerendra, Abhimanyu for making our stay so confortable and easy going, they were quick to answer all our questions and queries beforehand, and arranged any special needs we asked for. A very very special thanks to MR. ZEESHAN, from the travel agency. He arranged absolutely everything for us during our stay in Agra. He was so nice and polite, adapting to our needs, covering all our petitions and helping us with everything we needed. He arranged the best tour guides for Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. He did not feel harrassed or cheated on once, he organized only what we asked for, was never pushy and have us his honest and sincere advice. The facilites of the hotel were clean, confortable and very well conserved. Beds were cozy and the bathroom was clean and with hot water. We also used the gym facilites, which was a nice option to have available. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of foods from both western and Indian cuisine. Location was very convenient next to a shopping mall, and we felt safe at all times. It was a confortable and calm oasis in the middle of the caos of India. 100% recommendable.

Honestly nothing was bad. Maybe the bathroom was not exceptionally clean and the heating system was complicated to use, but it wasnt a big issue

Agradável mas não é um Marriott

Hotel simples, no quarto andar de um centro comercial e afastado do centro da cidade mas ok para descansar da confusão de Agra. Atenção, o nome Marriott não passa disso mesmo. Pequeno almoço bom, com opção local e continental. Destaque para a funcionária PRITI que foi muito prestável e incansável durante a estadia.

Falta de limpeza no geral e falta de isolamento entre quartos, ouve-se tudo.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. We’re an English couple who have been travelling since 1st March 2023, we’ve toured all of South East Asia and Nepal, accumulating 91 different hotels etc. our stay here at the Fairfield by Marriott has been exceptional, the rooms are pristine and clean and very comfortable. we chose half board, as we wanted to try something different, the chef’s skills surpass them, the food is high quality and in such variety, delicious 😋 nothing is to much trouble for them. I feel I need to mention the staff here that has really gone above and beyond their normal duties, Deepak, Suman, Sweta,Prity, Alok and of course the Chef Yobendra thank you so much. It’s definitely a memorable stay thanks to all the staff here. Really professional at what they do. The hotels Location is perfect, for all the attractions in Agra, there’s a small shopping outlets nearby, you can even get a view of the Taj Mahal from your room. The whole ambiance of our stay was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this hotel. And to think they’ve only been open for three months. 5 stars

Value for money

The room was very clean and tidy. Loved the decor. The hotel is very well maintained and value for money. The room is better than the pictures given.

I called for a wake up call because I had to catch my train the next day, but I didn't receive it. I haven't received my invoice yet, I was promised it within 2hours of checking out.
