The property location was a little confusing but that was more of a apple map and street sign issue. Found the property with little issue. House was great, and large enough for our families. Communication with the host was good and they replied quickly, helpful and kind. This was our first time in Arkansas and we would return to the state and this property. Thank you.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was just steps away from the river. If you want a place to stay that is peaceful and not surrounded by a bunch of people this is truly the place to stay. I would highly recommend this rental for your vacation.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the house to the location!! we loved how close the water was and all the amenities the house had to offer. I have never been one to re-book a house twice, but I will definitely be backed soon!!

Wow! This place was absolutely perfect! Having the river right there was the best entertainment! For future guests, pack water shoes bc the rocks in the river on your feet are no fun. You will not regret booking this property. SUPER clean!

Beautiful house and location on the river. Very clean with so much to do. Lots of puzzles, games, hot tub and beautiful outdoor areas. They do an amazing job of cleaning bugs off of outdoor areas. Internet is slightly slow so not great for working vacations but understandable. You might need 4 wheel drive for gravel road to house. We actually helped save a baby calf from being trapped in a cattle grate. Very memorable vacation!!!

The pictures represent the house perfectly!! It was perfect for our group! The house is fully furnished with everything you would need! River access was great, walk down the hill right into the river!
The back porch is heaven, thats where we spent most of our time!
We will definitely be back to stay at the Dry Bean!!!

All the toilets weren't cleaned, even though housekeeping just finished. They had stains/rings, brown underneath the rim and pee stains on bottom of toilet seat. Two doorknobs fell off 2 bathroom doors, so no privacy. There were no screws in them holding them in place. Host did not reply and provide their phone number so we could not address the issues we found. One bedroom doorknob was installed backwards so you could not lock it from inside the bedroom. The electric stove top was cracked in 3 places, so could only use 2 burners, took quite a bit longer to cook meals. There is NO wheelchair-accessible path of travel since they did not have operational wheelchair lift. Two or 3 bedrooms did not have pillows and pillowcases for sleeping, only had hard material shams(with no pillowcase inside the sham) and little decorative pillows. The A/C seemed to be controlled remotely as thermostat would not go lower. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes so we had to handwash all the dishes we needed and then run the dishwasher. Housekeeping should have cleaned the toilets and unloaded the dishwasher while they were there. People showed up to mow at dinner time, huge yard, took them hours. The grill is open topped so we had to go get one guy to mow around the grill several feet so we would be able to cook without grass trimmings getting on the food. We had to talk over the mowers while our group visited on the patio. Host should be checking the house more often & make sure it is ready.

Family trip ages 4-64. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. 6 adults, 3 children. Great location for our trip to Crater of Diamond Park. Also not too far to visit other crystal mines. Loved the view of the river from the deck. Everyone loved the hot tub. Again lots of space for kids to play, family game night and sorting our finds. Highly recommend.

The property is a ways off the beaten path over a narrow rural road and a gravel road. A bit strange to park underneath the house and climb stairs to the ground floor, but it’s a lovely house with a killer view of the Little Missouri River! Pretty new, very clean and well furnished. Loads of party room both underneath the house and a huge balcony deck. We enjoyed the property and would recommend it.

Great place. Awesome view. Would definitely stay again. Kids were bummed that the pacman game didn't work while we were there. Also bummed they couldn't use the chairlift. Upfront usage fee. We didn't know until checking in. Able to wade in the river and have a great time.

We were lucky enough to find this lodge available on the weekend my family chose to visit the Crater of Diamond State Park & Avatar Crystal Mines. It was within driving distance to both. There was 4 rooms & bathrooms, that were definitely needed with our larger group. Enjoyed the corn hole game & the hot tub was perfect to soak our aching backs after the long day of digging!

We absolutely loved this place! We came down to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a fantastic time! We went digging for crystals and we also went fishing. The river was so beautiful to look at from the deck! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery! We all loved our rooms and everyone had their own bathrooms even the kids! Couldn’t have worked out any better!! Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed even a crock pot!

Overall this property was secluded yet still close to near by towns and restaurants. We enjoyed the river and quiet setting. Be sure to map out your route ahead of time as cell signal can be a little spotty. The property was relatively new and access to the river was available. We stayed here for spring break and visited several local amenities including crater of diamonds state park and trout fishing at Gleeson dam.

Really enjoyed our stay for a local wedding, home is well furnished and has plenty to keep everyone happy and busy. Great area for large gatherings and nice well equipped kitchen for cooking for a crowd.
Had a weather event and owner was super responsive to our messages. Over all great stay in a lovely area.

My family (two kids, their spouses, and our granddaughter and their dog) spent Thanksgiving here and had a great time.
The location is in a wonderful setting along the Little Missouri river which offers beauty and peacefulness in just enjoying the outdoors. The house was well equipped and had what you would expect indoors and out from a short-term rental. The hot tub was a nice plus.
The nearby towns provided a Walmart super-center (in Nashville) if you needed just about anything and a quaint small town (Murfreesboro) to find antiques, gifts, and other little shops. The restaurant on the square (The Feed Bin) was outstanding.
We spent a morning out in the Crater of Diamonds State Park as well and had a great time enjoying some beautiful fall weather. There's more to explore there than we had time for. I'd recommend this to anyone with an extended family our size or one even a bit larger (e.g. a few more grandkids)

We had a fantastic stay at the Dry Bean! Excellent accommodating and responsive hosts. The home is newly built and in immaculate condition and stocked with anything you'd need for your stay. We equally loved the outdoor space and that we were only steps from the river to fish and swim. Couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience!

My husband is wheelchair bound and it is hard to find a rental thatvis on the river and wheelchair accessible. We also had 3 women 85+ that don't do stairs well. This place has a wheel chair lift that made everthing easy. We loaded our suit cases and groceries and didn't have to climb the stairs with them. The river view was amazing. We took lawn chairs to the river and sat in the river and vosited all day. The house is amazing and each bedroom has its on bath. We couldn't have had a better weekend. Another bonus - we got to take our little dog. She lived it too.

Our Stay at the Dry Bean was absolutely perfect. It was clean and cozy. It's on the most perfect spot to be close to town but also far enough into nature that you can truly appreciate mother nature. From the river to the hot tub, trust me you won't be disappointed if you lodge here.

My friends and I were looking for a place to stay near Murfreesboro to celebrate the end of the school year and we found this new cabin on the Little Missouri. It was prefect for the 6 of us and plenty of space with a lovely patio and a view of the river. The host was very helpful with providing directions and upon arrival there was a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies! We will defiantly stay here again!! 11/10
