About this house rental
Located only 15mi east of Nashville, escape to beautiful and historic Hermitage for an ideal blend of comfort, productivity, and relaxation. Perfect for working professionals, our extended-stay Hermitage Retreat boasts a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet, dedicated office, 2 Roku TVs, and a home gym. Enjoy hilltop views from the patio deck, accessible from the master bedroom or kitchen! Popular amenities (restaurants, attractions, major shops, etc.) are only 2-3mi away!
The Hermitage neighborhood is just 15 miles east of Nashville and takes its name from the home of the 7th President of the United States, Andrew Jackson. "The Hermitage" boasts beautiful and pet-friendly grounds, mansion tours, a winery, a gift shop, and a historical museum. USA Today ranked "The Hermitage" as the third-best Presidential Site.
But not all of Hermitage is history, so enjoy its modern amenities as well! Whether you like to cook or eat out, Hermitage provides several grocery stores, chain restaurants, local restaurants, and coffee shops to suit your tastes without getting caught in Nashville traffic! Don't worry about forgetting to pack anything with Target, Walmart, Home Depot, and many other big box stores nearby. If you like shopping, the Opry Mills Mall is only 10 miles away.
Even with the close proximity to Nashville, the suburbs of Hermitage provide its residents and visitors with an escape to nature and tranquility. The area is convenient to many major parks, including Ravenwood Park in Hermitage, Percy Priest Lake Park in Hermitage, and Two Rivers Park (8 miles away in the adjacent neighborhood of Donelson). If you enjoy golfing, book a tee time at Hermitage Golf Course.
The home is situated in the cul de sac of a quiet and safe subdivision, with ample parking on the street, in the driveway, and behind the home (accessible from the driveway and allows for parking your car without being visible from the road).
Hermitage is easily accessible by car, with major highways and interstates including SR-45, I-40, and I-24. Nashville is 15 miles east of downtown Nashville. The 6 Bus (Hermitage Bus Station) provides public transportation between Hermitage and downtown Nashville.
