It is a real 90 hectare estate surrounded by a pine forest and directly overlooking a lake . The pedestrian residence is divided into five districts and offers shops where you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.



You can reach the ocean on foot or by bike through the pine forest, the Talmondaise (shuttle) can also drop you off at Veillon beach, located 2.5 km away, where you can enjoy many activities. The residence also has 3 swimming pools and an aquatic area with slide.
