This home is the sister side to our current vacation rental already listed on VRBO (ID# 3438117). The homes are set up in a unique duplex type setting. Side A Wildflower Haven is a one-story ranch style home with over 2000 square feet with a large front porch facing the north.
The other rental side is a 2-story home with over 3000 square feet facing the west. While the homes are joined together, they are each quite separate and very private.

Please send some information about your group and your plans for the home when you request to book. Reservations will not be accepted without this Information. We don’t need anything personal, just basic information to determine that our home will be in good hands. Thank you!

Welcome to our Hill Country vacation home! Wildflower Haven is located 2.5 miles from downtown Gruene. The home consists of 3 king bedrooms, a bunk room with full over full bunk beds and 2 full bathrooms.

Each room has been meticulously decorated in a farmhouse motif. Off the dining room and through a rustic sliding barn door is the bunk room consisting of one full over full bunk bed.

All beds are upgraded, comfy mattresses (Tempurpedic and pillowtop). The living area has very comfortable seating including a large sofa and 2 oversized leather club chairs with ottomans.
The large living area also contains a queen size Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress tucked away in a rustic style media chest.

The dining room holds a long pedestal table with seating for12 plus 2 bar stools located at the kitchen bar.

One full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination with beautiful granite countertops and lovely custom cabinets.
A second full bathroom with a double sink granite vanity and lovely custom cabinets. This bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower only.

We have added large decorative wall mirrors in the bedrooms located near wall outlets to provide extra space for getting ready for a fun night on the town.

The large kitchen is well equipped with enough dinnerware and glassware for everyone in your party. It is also well stocked with plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. The kitchen is equipped with nice stainless appliances such as a large French door refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave, an electric range with a smooth ceramic cooktop and double oven.

The oversized laundry room is equipped with a front load washer and dryer.
There is a large covered back patio overlooking the back yard and fire pit. The patio is furnished with plenty of seating and dining options for everyone in your party. There are three ceiling fans, outdoor lighting, gas grill and a charcoal barbecue. There is plenty of parking. No parking in grass area.

Please come and stay and have a great time but do be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or exceedingly disruptive to neighboring homes and properties will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.

NO SMOKING OR PETS are allowed on this property.
We have zero tolerance for inside smoking or vaping. Extra charges apply for serious non-compliances. We ask that guests refrain from wiping their hands on furniture, bedding or curtains.


***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING ALL HOLIDAYS.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The home is stocked with a starter of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags per receptacle, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 washing machine pods. Each bathroom has individual shampoo/conditioner, 1 small soap bar plus liquid hand soap. Guests are responsible for additional items needed for each stay.

Both homes can be rented together for parties larger than 12.

The location of the home is perfect for a small wedding, a reception, or a special occasion. Both sides must be rented together if hosting a party or gathering of any kind. This prevents any issues between either side regarding noise, traffic, parking, etc.

We also reserve the right to deny any gathering/party request dependent on specific details.

Max guest 35 when renting both sides.
