This stunning home is located in the quiet suburbia side of South Perth.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas is perfect for families and the glass windows from this area look out onto fully grown palm trees.
The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stovetop, 2 ovens, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast bench has swivel seating for 2.
The dining area has a table with leather seating for 8 beneath the hanging pendant lighting.
The living area has 2 leather couches, mounted LG Smart TV, floor rug and coffee tables.
Bifold glass doors open up to combine the inside-outside feel of the house for an extension of space.
The undercover alfresco room has a cedar-lined roof with fan and downlights. It has a built-in outside kitchen with wine fridge, BBQ and solid dining table with cushioned seating for 6. The café blinds create a room of this area, making it perfect for all seasons against the elements.
The lush greens of the back garden can be viewed all from the combined living areas with the grassed area and plethora of fully grown trees.
The enclosed theatre room has a plush leather lounge suite recliner with build-in cup holders in front of the mounted Smart TV with Apple TV.
Upstairs is solid wood flooring throughout. You are greeted by an additional sitting area with a couch that folds out to a Double bed. This kitchenette has a Smart TV and mini fridge, making it a great sleepout area.
The master bedroom has a King bed, bedside tables with lamps and mounted TV beneath the ceiling fan. The ensuite has a spa bath, double head shower, double above-basin sink vanities, toilet and a stunning feature-wall and bath mosaic tiling. Well we have found it for you! Located in South Perth, this home was beautifully appointed and was perfect for our large family. Lots of space, excellent kitchen and massive bbq made our stay so enjoyable. I'd definately stay here again
