Best place for a few nights

The accommodation is in the center of the city center, next to the main square. 5-story building with lots of independent apartments. The apartment is minimally equipped, but this is not problem, because there are cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops within 100 meters. There is no microwave, coffee maker, or dishwasher, but there is an oven and a hotplate.The host responds quickly, can be reached by phone or e-mail. The bed clothes and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Due to its location, the noise of street events can be heard, the walls are really thin. I recommend the accommodation to young people, tourists for a few days.

Lokalita Dveře a zámky na kódy

Pokoj se zkoseným stropem hrůza. A to nejsem žádný obr, jsem se musel skoro furt krčit. Nedoporučuji začínajícím párům, protože si nedokážu představit byt s někým měsíc kdy furt chcete nějaké soukromí, ale tady by se to dodržet nedalo. Záchod na magnetické dveře co skoro nedrží a hlavně ty dveře jsou furt takové, ze je vše slyšet a vůbec to netěsní. TV úplně k nicemu, jednak tam nešly dát streamovací služby, ale to by se dalo přežít, ale i normální kanály nešly, buď se sekaly a nebo to psalo “zadny signal” Výhled z pátého patra možná tak na cizi střechy. Mluvím o pokoji za 1400 za noc, verim tomu, že ty větší pokoje na tom budou lip, ale ty základní pokoje nedoporučuji. Maximálně fakt jen na přespaní.

Levné, smradlavé, špinavé, ale v centru

Poloha v centru, cena

Hluk na ulici, sdílená koupelna smradlavá, záchod tak špinavý, že jsem to neviděla ani na veřejném WC v metru a soused tam pro potvrzení této skutečnosti nechával pozdrav v podobě nespláchnutí, za postelí prach, špína,použité špunty do uší.

Celkově hodnoceno - spokojenost

Lokalita byla fajn, nápis na hlavních dveřích byl hezky označen, vše fungovalo jak mělo. Výtah byl také k dispozici, což bylo příjemné, když byl pokoj ve 4 patře. Ocenila jsem velikost apartmá, opravdu zde člověk má pocit, že je jako doma.

Povlečení na postel bylo místy trochu zašlé asi z častého praní, ale rozhodně nic zásadního. Špinavé rozhodně nebylo. Chodba směrem k ubytování je opravdu hrůza, všude krabice (asi na vyhození) a zápach také nebyl hezký. Pravděpodobně to byl zápach z nějaké kuchyně v okolí. Recepce také nebyla dostatečně dobře označena. Pod schody byla cedule, nicméně na žádných dveřích už žádný nápis nebyl. Moc se mi nelíbilo, že pokoj nebylo možné nijak uzamknout třeba ještě jedním kódem, bylo trochu nepříjemné, že se vlastně kdokoliv kdo zaslechl kód může dostat do pokoje.

Rozhodne doporučuji. Moc hezké ubytování v centru města.

Skvele místo, ubytování bylo čisté a moc hezké.

Na bookingu jsem si zadala, ze chci ubytování pro tři a při rekapitulaci mi to ukazovalo, ze je to pouze pro dva, přestože cena měla byt za ubytování pro tři osoby. Když jsem do hotelu volala, tak mi bylo řečeno, ze není problém, at zavolam další den a ze rezervaci upraví. Když jsem další den volala, tak jsem se dozvěděla, ze sice není problém upravit rezervaci, ale musím doplatit za třetí osobu, přestože když jsem danou volbu na bookingu vybírala, byla Jasne označena pro tři osoby. Cena se tímto zvedla. Ubytování jsme nakonec vyřešili, ale bohuzel ne tak, ze by nám akceptovali cenu z bookingu pro tři osoby. Když jsme přijeli, přišla mi sms s informacemi o check-in a check-out a uvádělo se tam, ze check-out je v 10 rano, přestože jsem si zaplatila odložena check-out v 13 hodin. Napsala jsem na recepci a dozvěděla jsem se, ze dokud nedoložim, ze jsem to zaplatila, tak ze platí check-out v 10. Doplatek jsem platila týden dopředu, takže měli dost času na to, aby si platbu na účet ověřili. Tohle me trochu zklamalo.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed the bath tub in the room and also sauna was super nice. It’s in the centre of Brno and there is plenty of restaurants near by.

The view was amazing buuuuut cover with a net protecting the balcony against the pigeons.

Excellent location, good for one night, especially for youth or single travellers.

Excellent location, heart of downtown. But is is not possible to approach with a car and the parking garage is cc. 600 meter. The room is well equipped, although not the most practical (bar counter yes, writing table no).

The room was on the top floor, the whole house is rented rooms and apartments and the 4 floors are served only by a tiny elevator, we could hardly fit in with our luggage. Parking is difficult even for the time of loading. The kitchen is well equipped but the bathroom was smelly (old house stale smell).

Easy check in/out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean and conveniently located.

Super irritating noise from thermostat, which I had to de-install. Loud partying neighbors. All in all a noisy stay. No free parking available.

I would never stay there again

I didn’t like anything about property

well there was problem with heating(radiators) were making really loud noise some kind of tiking..I did contact reception straight as I come in.They said they sorry but they got problem with boiler and there is no one to fix it at the moment.Sound went on and off every 15 minutes.I didn’t sleep anything during the night due to noise

Spaceous apartment for partying, not sleeping

Spaceous apartment with a great location. We got the access code to the apartment on time as promised.

The house seems to be popular for partying and we did not know this when booking it. There were some very drunk and noisy guests in the neighbour apartments, and we could not sleep. Also the radiators in the rooms make sound occasionally. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet. We didn't get enough towels and asked for more - they were promised but we never got them. The pillows need to be changed and the some of the pillow cases were broken. There were only 4 chairs, but the apartment can be booked for 6 people.

The location was great, the apartment is spacious.There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment.

It would be great to have a coffee maker and a clothes drying stand there. Internet connection was really bad. The elevator goes only to the 4th floor, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs one floor.

in the evening, when we returned to the room, there were people lying on the floor, drunk, laughing and yelling for others to sleep... we couldn't pass to enter the room across the corridor... it wasn't a nice sight at all because I had children with me... .also your quilts are very dirty and the beds are not comfortable at all

Great location, easy to access and comfortable beds.

A coffee maker in the kitchen would have been a good thing to have. But there are several coffee shops within 5 minutes from the flat.

Central apartment with nice facilities that could otherwise use some cleaning and renovations.

The location was great and very central. It was nice having a hot tub, sauna and the terrace available to use. Overall, it was a nice evening but for the state of the facilities maybe not worth the higher price tag.

However some of the facilities were a bit run down, the kitchen tap could spray you as it would leak, the bidet was very unstable and the cleanliness of the hot tub was questionable as it had some dirt spray out of the jets and an unpleasant smell along with it when we first turned it on. The TV remote did not really work either.

Great choice in the very centre of the city

The apartment is located in the very centre of the city. It's very convenient to get to the shops, restaurants and public transport. There were plates, cups, kettle, forks and spoons in the room. Black, grean tea and sugar. Liquid soap in the bathroom. Everything that is needed for a short stay. And we liked to use code access to the apartment instead of usual key.

The location is great but the point of the hotel at the Google map was wrong. So we had to call to the reception and clarify. The administrator was very helpful. The apartment is situated almost at the Freedom Square. I traveled with two children and lift didn't work. So it was hard to go up the stairs to our room at the fifth floor. There was no microwave in the room. It's a huge lack when you travel with kids.

Location,comfort of movement, quit.

My booking was 122euro and I paid 130 , plus bank charges.I advice, when the hotel has a different currency, choose hotels that are paid through BOOKING. If you like the conversation forget it.You will not see anyone. And a tip to the company.Luxury wants a non dangerous hair dryer,an easy to use refrigerator and no odor from the sewer
