I had a great stay. The room was clean, cozy, and met all my expectations. The lady helping was extremely helpful and kind, always available when I needed anything. Nathan, manages, was quick to address and fix any issues I had, making my stay comfortable.
The only small downside was the wifi that was a bit slow and little things like coffee, tea and sugar in the room would have been nice. I also wish they would've given me more than 2 toilet rolls, since I booked for a month.

The air conditioner was new, internet was fast. I can't find any other advantage, to be honest I think this was the worst stay in my life. Maybe a good extra point could be that there is an IKEA not so far.
I initially booked a 50 sqm apartment, when I moved in it felt dirty, dark and very unsightly. I asked to cancel the property and the owner said it was not possible (which is indeed was marked as non-refundable) but he suggested to switch the apartment. Another one was waaaay smaller, it felt like 15sqm if we don't count shower and the toilet (and we shouldn't cause it is outside). Now specifically issues with the apartment:
1. Beds feel filthy and dirty. I was not sure if the linens were washed at all, had to sleep clothed
2. Shower is on the balcony. The shower head is right above the toilet and everything is wet once you are done showering cause the shower room is so small that feels almost claustrophobic
3. Balcony smells awful. Right in front of the balcony you see semi-abandoned house with dead pigeons on the their balcony. The smell is horrible - it is a mix of wet dog with bird poop.
4. Sink is also outside. In combination with the point above this meant that you have to smell all this while you brush your teeth.
5. Doors feel flimsy, I never felt secure cause you can't check if the door is locked.
6. One morning the staff walked in the room in the morning saying that it was time for me to check out ... it was the day before the actual check out date.
7. Everything feels very low quality. In the first apartment the stairs felt like they going to break every time you stepped on it. In the second one everything was flimsy.
8. Cockroaches. I killed around 4 during the stay.
9. The location is awful. Everything around is just daunting from a sick-house nearby to rats and dirty streets, not to mention that getting to the actual city takes like 15 mins by taxi. Every time I was coming back by taxi, the driver was literally asking "You really leave here?"
10. The building itself feels like a very very very cheap dorm for homeless.
I don't understand how something like this can be listed on Booking.com and have this high rating.
