Everything was as promised. Walking distance to King Street so it was perfect for long walks and getting around by foot. House is charming and beautifully decorated. Very clean as well. Highly recommend Leon’s Fine Poultry and Oyster Shop about a 5 minute drive from house.

The home had so much charm and character, and we love the recent updates and modern appliances in the kitchen. Was decorated beautifully and we all enjoyed having our own beds in our own spaces to relax and enjoy the neighborhood. Would stay again!

Charming house! We enjoyed our stay. Close enough to walk to upper King St! Also very clean.

Pefect place to stay with some of that Charleston charm mixed with some modern feel. My parents, husband and daughter all enjoyed our time here. It was a close walking distance to so many restuarants and shops. We were also able to park our 2 cars here which was a huge plus. We would recommend this house to others!

The home exceeded all expectations

We wanted a place close to the King street restaurants, shopping and rooftop bars - we got that and so much more! This house is close to everything, and even more charming in person, especially the beautiful dining room. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and private. Having extra fans everywhere was a huge plus. Customer service was fantastic- we arrived earlier in the day than expected, and even though we couldn’t check in due to housekeeping, our host provided a convenient place to store our luggage. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with a solution. I highly recommend this house and this host.

Had a very nice stay. A beautiful home convenient to downtown Charleston.

The house is absolutely charming, comfortable and conveniently located.
There are a group of homes next door which are rented out….extreme noise can be a factor late into the night.

Our stay in this charming, restored and renovated house, certainly enhanced our visit to Charleston. It was clean, the beds comfortable, and had lots of room to spread out and relax. It is conveniently located a short waking distance from the free shuttle into the historic district and there are several bakeries and restaurants close by. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here.

Great property. We enjoyed our stay, close to King.

Located within walking distance of every location we frequented, this home is breathtaking! This house is recently renovated with beautiful light fixtures, tile, comfortable beds, and is well appointed inside and out! Prepare for construction around the home and narrow steps to the second floor. Our party ranged from grandparents to 13 year old girls. Everyone loved the stay!

The house is beautifully remoldeled and was very neat and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for everyone. Minor drawback was the location/neighborhood - a bit of a walk to the heart of Charleston and very noisy at night.

Having multiple “public spaces” in the home worked really well for our family. Well appointed and excellent communication from property manager before, during, after our stay. WiFi was slow so we ended up using hot spots when multiple devices were in use, but we were out and about most of our stay so not really an issue. Overall a great stay and would highly recommended!

Wonderful property close to restaurants and attractions.

The house is very nice with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living room spaces. Fully kitted out with kitchen appliances and coffe maker with pods supplied. House is walkable to restaurants and shops plus a grocery close by. You don’t need a car if you will be around the city and it’s easier to Uber. Owner was very available for our questions and made sure we were all set with supplies. Definitely recommend for a family or friend group.

We came together with family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The proximity of this home to King Street is amazing and the house was more than big enough to accommodate our large group. 10 out of 10 for us!

The home was charming with a great mix of old Charleston charm and wood work with stylish furnishings. The property is actually more spacious than the photos suggest. There are several different sittings areas that allow both communal time and individual time. The location is in an area of active gentrification which allows for a mix of locals and guests but which I found safe and charming. There are multiple excellent bars and restaurants in historical homes within easy walking distance.

Owners did a fantastic job of renovating this property. Beautiful old home with lots of charm. Perfect for 4 friends to enjoy time away.

This house is in a very good location. The area has really been through a revitalization and you can walk to some of the best new restaurants in Charleston like Chubby Fish, Vern’s and my favorite Southbound. The house itself and manager David could not have been better. Communication was spot on and the house itself clean, spacious and parking was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this Line Street gem.

The house had all the right upgrades with a modern feel and plenty of space for everyone in my family to spread out and relax. Close to coffee shops, the Daily, Island Provisions, and king street restaurants. We will look to stay here again on our next visit.

We stayed in this house with our two month old baby and my sister joined us for the trip. It was a perfect home base to explore Charleston! The home is so charming and had plenty of space. The parking was great! We loved the neighborhood andthe walkability to everything we wanted to explore in Charleston. We will be back!

My friends and I were heading to Myrtle for the weekend. We decided to come down a day early to add in a day in Charleston. Ton of fun even for a Wednesday, house was very accessible to/ walking distance from King Street. House was in great shape and would recommend it to others.
5.0 / 5.0
The house was perfect. I think cuter in person than in the pictures. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable, literally a highlight of our weekend. Coffee was provided which was very kind!
The location is awesome, a block away from king st. with this cute little bakery directly across the street. Everything is very walkable from here. You can definitely here some outside noise, but I think that’s just Charleston. 10/10 would recommend.
4.0 / 5.0
I gave the communication with property manager a one star because we had no contact with them. The issues we found should have been addressed before we arrived and I did not feel they could/should be during our stay. The house is in a great location and has parking for three cars which is a big bonus for that area. Many of the windows did not close completely so we had to put towels over the openings to keep the heat out. The house could use a more attentive cleaning crew. The high areas and vents are VERY dusty. The exhaust vent in the bathroom upstairs was clogged with visible dust, impossible that it has been cleaned in a very long time. The TVs in the upstairs rooms are smart TVs with no cable boxes but lack of WI-FI reception up there makes them unwatchable. No TV at all in the third bedroom downstairs. Overall a nice place to stay, but definitely room for improvement. Its the attention to detail that makes the most impact. Overall nice and with some attention to detail this could be a 5 star.

We had a great time in this rental! Communication was excellent and check in was so easy. The location was far away enough from the hustle of King St but close enough to make walkable touring easy. Lots of amenities and we were so grateful for the coffee maker and shampoo/conditioner, etc. Terrific pizzeria down the street and a popular bakery mere steps away. Recommend!

We came for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. It was so easy to access and the location was great. Would definitely stay again. I might bring a sound machine with me to help drown out some of the city noise but other than that it was awesome! Thank you!

Tons of beds, bathrooms, and space! Location was excellent, very walkable to King street.
2.5 / 5.0
I loved the images from the listing and the property was even better in person. The rooms were clean and well appointed - a large room with 2 queen beds was perfect for all the kids. Everyone had their own bathroom - and parking! it's a lovely property and walkable for King St. We drove other places, but highly recommend it if you're looking for a great Charleston experience.
2.0 / 5.0
This house was very charming. The renovations are amazing! It is very spacious and the off street parking is great. The location is great if you want to be close to King Street. The interior is much better than the exterior. The neighbors in the apartments next door were quiet. The property managers were easy to contact and made sure that there were no issues with check-in. My only complaints would be that the upstairs spare bedroom bathroom was not cleaned. There were long red hairs all over the floor and shower and bed sheets and the garbage can was not emptied. Also, the upstairs is pretty warm during these hot summer months. The additional air conditioning unit helped but was very noisy when trying to sleep. Overall, I was glad that we stayed here, even with the small issues I mentioned.
