Great value. If you are looking for “new construction” this is not it. But if you want a cozy home with everything you need after a day of skiing look no further. We will be back.

We enjoyed the location close to deer valley base. Easy to drive over to parking lot in the am and get the kids to ski school. It was also nice having a garage. The hot tub was key at the end of the day. The house came with all the pots, pans and accessories needed to cook and clean which was nice.

Clean, well maintained property. We have stayed at multiple Deer Lake Village townhomes and this is one of the nicer ones. The kitchen is well stocked, it has a new washer & dryer and the property manager is very responsive. You cannot beat the location - it's walking distance to Deer Valley (Snow Park) - though not with ski gear.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. There is lots of room - generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The drive in garage is convenient, and the patio opens up to a nice green space. A great spot in lower DV.

The house was well appointed in all areas. We cooked in a few nights and had plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. as well as a nice spacious eating area for the entire family of 11. I loved the garage aspect with places to hang skis, unload, and storage cubbies to put all of our ski belongings and then walk into the house from the garage. No tracking wet shoes and boots in! Unfortunately, for me I got hurt and spent a lot of time on the couch relaxing by the fireplace (super easy to light and adjust) and enjoying the views.
Our only initial challenge was figuring out the shuttle. In years past we have had ski in and ski out so we really knew nothing about how the shuttle worked. We assumed it just kept looping around to get people but found out after I called the house manager that you need to download the app Deer Valley Go. Once we knew that and used it, it was very convenient. The only other thing you should know is that it stops running at 5pm.
At the end of the street is the Queen Esther bus stop and we took the city bus into town once but also found it convenient to use Lyft (more Lyft drivers around it seemed than Uber)
We put the kids in the spacious bunk bed room (it was bigger than I imagined) and had plenty of other rooms for the adults. We felt very comfortable here and the few times we needed assistance, the house manager was extremely helpful.
It was nice to have the option of a bbq grill as well - we had burgers one night and used the hot tub almost daily. We would recommend this place for sure. There were only 4 towels for the hot tub which isn't a big deal but only mentioning it because if there is a large family, it might be good to have a few more hot tub towels to use. I would get "mom I need a towel"....daily and they had to use the same towel to dry off from the shower but we just washed and dried towels regularly.
Beds were comfortable. Really a luxury home all around.
We enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine and chocolate as well - nice touch! Thank you for having our crazy family. (My little 3 year old niece managed to lock and close the bathroom door behind her and we had to bother maintenance to come and help us unlock it but everyone was happy to help. The "key" is above the door frame of the bedroom in case it happens to anyone else.)

This is a great property for a shared family vacation. Two families fit very comfortably. The hot tub was perfect for the end of a long ski day. The property manager was incredibly quick to respond and helped getting additional humidifiers and extra hot tub towels. Still a few small items that would be nice to have including a tea kettle, a collander, some more blankets and a larger permanent stack of towels for both bath and hot tub. Overall it was perfect for what we needed and we had a wonderful time.

This property was ideally located at Deer Valley and also close enough to Main St, PC. Everything about the house was great. Loved the hot tub and gas grill, kitchen perfectly outfitted. Plan to come back to this house again!

Overall, this property was great. There was plenty of room, transportation to Park City was generally convenient, and the hot tub was amazing with zero maintenance on the guest's part. I did not use it, but the Deer Park shuttle looked super convenient as well.
My chief complaint was that the kitchen was poorly stocked in terms of both general spices/cooking supplies, and materials. The pots were a mish-mash, the knives dull, and the baking sheets of low quality. There in only one cutting board, that is attached and you have to pull out from a cabinet, which was hard to find at first. Everything was serviceable, but this is definitely a place where the property could use an upgrade. Lastly, I wish the house manual had a little more description. For instance, it was never mentioned that you have to pull really hard (to the point I was afraid I would break it) on the shower handles to get the showers to turn on (as opposed to bath).
Overall though, a lovely property and I would come back.

Close to everything! Very well kept home with sparkling clean hot tub. Everything was provided for a perfect weekend getaway. Space for family time, music, comfortable bed with tvs etc. this was our best VRBO experience.

The property worked out perfect for our family Thanksgiving. We were expecting to ski but the lack of snow prevented that from happening. We hiked a trail that was walkable from the house. We were close to downtown and one of the base areas.

Great property. We do an annual trip to Park City and have stayed in a lot of homes/condos. This was at the top of the list.

The house was nice and mostly clean, some stains on the upstairs carpet in walking area above the stairs. The house is stocked really well. The living area was smaller than what the pictures made it look like. The furniture especially the kitchen chairs were not very comfortable to sit on.
The communication was great before we stayed, but we tried calling before we went up that day to see if we could get into the house a little early, and no response during our entire stay, I tried emailing too. No response. Also we tried calling to see if we could have a later checkout, and no response. I’m glad we didn’t have a maintenance issue while we were there. We might need a place with a bigger living area when we do our annual family ladies weekend again.
