Superb

I rest not for the first time in this hotel. the staff is friendly - they speak three languages, close to the sea, there is a cafe nearby with delicious food, the breakfast was excellent.

it was very clean and comfortable, and pleasant staff

room was clean and comfortable, with clean bathroom, and large and clean closet. I liked that the floors were tile, and chair was wood (no carpet, no fabric chairs), so it was very clean. staff was pleasant and helpful. great location, across the street from beach. good typical Israeli style breakfast.

Nice hotel near the beach and near shopping facilities, plenty of parking space

All fine. A good located hotel next to the beach and to some shopping facilities / Restaurants. Nice staff. I did enjoy my stay!

Pleasant

Close to the beach, marina, restaurants.

Our sea view balcony was beside a noisy street, and an unkempt patch of land. I was told there were twin beds. Would have preferred a double bed. Breakfast was very simple , meager. Reminded me more like a youth hostel than a hotel.

Would stay there again if the price was lower.

Very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was a short walk to a beautiful clean beach. The rooms had balconies with ocean views.

Pricey for what we received. Wish the rooms were a bit bigger. Somewhat spartan. The breakfast was fresh but minimal… especially since we are vegan. Not many vegan choices. (Although, when we asked for some tahina for the salad, they smilingly accommodated us. )

It was ok but everything was not so professionally set up

The AC was not functioning well when you wanted less cold it was rattling etc

Serviceable, but not enjoyable.

Breakfast - far from the celebrated Israeli breakfast. Little variety in breads or cakes, no herring. Below average.

the close proximity to the marina.

no spa. fridge was off. view was non existent. room questionable (marks on walls etc). price they charged was higher than that quoted on your website.

The location

Every fckn other thing. Dirty walls, poor channels options on TV, the breakfast is terribly served. Not worth the money at all. On top of it, came back at 4 AM and I waited near a hour till someone shoved up cuz the facility was closed

It was generally great and I liked the location.

The breakfast was very nice but there could have been people serving and more space for me to serve myself. There could have been a bath in the room and a bar by the lobby

Good value for money

It's an ok hotel: good rooms, and a great location. The chair in my room was broken and the fridge didn't work that well. However, the breakfast was much better than last year. All in all, we had a great time and would return.

location

the room was very basic. it was more of a 2 star hotel or hostel with private rooms.

would not go there again

room was Serviced daily cleaned and towels changed. reception staff tried to do their best. tv station for kids.

terrible elevator. not good breakfast. door keys had to be reset every day. huge Cockroach I had to kill after it terrified my kid.. corridors not air conditioned. batteries in air conditioning in the room remote didn’t work.
