103 BEACH is a contemporary, fully furnished, two storey home, overlooking East Beach; you are only 30 steps to the sand and surf.

Offering 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 double, 1 twin (sleeping up to 6 in total), 2 bathrooms (one with bath) and open plan kitchen, dining and living overlooking East Beach with sweeping views from the Port Fairy lighthouse to Killarney and Warrnambool. You can see the whales while you cook!

The light-filled house is ideal for families and friends with two large, separate living areas. There is a large sheltered patio with natural gas BBQ for outdoor dining and entertaining, and more sea views! Plus an outdoor shower to get the sand off after your refreshing swim in the ocean.

This home would also appeal as a private, adult retreat with a large king bedroom with a generous en-suite and additional sea views on the top level. Walk out the front door to start the beach walk as the sun rises across the bay.

You have the surf club and Charlie's Cafe at the end of the street, East Beach Fish & Chips three minutes away. Just an easy, scenic stroll past the Botanic Gardens and over the bridge into the iconic village of Port Fairy.
