Gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need, Calphalon cookware, juicer, steamer, toaster, you name it-it is there waiting for you! Master with King Size bed, 2nd Suite with King Size bed, 3rd Suite with 2 Queens. Extremely comfortable mattresses, beautifully appointed with extra everything. Living Room with large sectional sofa for comfortable seating. Dining Room with table for eight. Newly remodeled, new hot water heater with recirculator for fast reheating, 2 car garage. You can Uber / Lyft easily to almost anywhere!
Pool heating is included in daily rental price in colder months. We also include propane heat of up to 6 hours per day for the In Ground Hot Tub. Additional charges apply after 6 hours of $5 per additional hour.

This property was exactly as described and more. The backyard is amazing. Pool was warm on the not so hot days of April. Location is close to everything you could need. Plenty of amenities within the property. We would definitely stay here again!

We’re from Wichita Kansas and we were looking to enjoy a warm spring break. We loved everything about this house and the hosts who owned it. The hospitality makes you feel 100% at home. In town with another couple for 3 days of spring training baseball. Very well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood equidistant to airport, stadium, restaurants, etc. Backyard pool and spa are lovely. All contemporary amenities as described.

The cleanest VRBO I have rented! The backyard and pool area are perfection , we didn’t want to go anywhere because we had our own resort. Communication with owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend and if we ever return to Phoenix we would rent again

A lovely Arizona Oasis! Realitively easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area. The home was clean and all spaces were roomy and enjoyable. The outside area wS absolutely perfect. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the patio furniture and tv were a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay again!!

This house was the perfect place for our family of 6!! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the house was extremely clean upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were loved most by the kids. Overall 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back again!

I honestly can't say enough about this place and Stephanie as a host. I wanted a self contained mini-vacation (me camp) where I could hang out by a pool, relax in the sun, swim, read, and basically do nothing without being at a hotel or shared community pool. This home is magic! It's spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is WELL stocked with everything you need to cook on your own, the living room space is comfortable and cozy, and the pool and hot tub were exactly as described! Stephanie is phenomenal at communicating with you and is gracious in answering all of your questions. 5 star host in my opinion! My only regret with this house was having to leave it! I will DEFINITELY be booking here again in the future!

We have enjoyed staying at this property on a number of occasions. The inside living area is very comfortable with all the amenities of home. Stephanie has been fabulous to work with, always very responsive and helpful. Then you have the beautiful private outdoor space with a pool that is kept immaculate and a hot tub for those cool evenings. We will be back.

This house was perfect for a girls weekend! We didn't even need to leave, this place was the best for hanging out and catching up. The covered table outside along with the pool and hot tub is where we spent almost all of our time. The family room has a great large sectional couch and we never even sat there, because the outdoor space was so great. It's conveniently located as well. We already picked our dates to come back next year!

AMAZING BACK YARD OASIS! Super clean inside and out! When you are looking for a place in the Phoenix area this is your place! Awesome pool with shade!(very important, with no shade from either umbrellas or trees it limits the time you can spend in the pool) The back yard is perfect with some grass, great pool, hot tub and furniture. House was very clean and kitchen stocked with everything you need! Close to all the major interstates so made everything easy to get to! Will definitely be renting this home again!

We booked this property because it was a convenient location for training we were in town for (5 minute drive). The house was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms made it ideal for getting ready in the morning. Although we didn't have much time for the back yard the pool and spa were relaxing in the evenings when we were winding down from busy days. If I was coming to the area with family or friends I would stay here. A great location for fun and relaxation!

This home was exactly as advertised. The backyard pool and hot tub oasis was fantastic. We did have an initial problem with the hot tub jets not working, but that was taken care of quickly. The area was quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable (I think this was the first time that we all slept very well in a vrbo property). Home had everything we needed. It was also very nice to be able to park in the garage to keep the car out of the hot sun. We enjoyed watching the little bunny rabbits and small squirrels come out of the front landscaping from time to time. Owners were responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this property!

Needed a place to escape to sit in the sunshine after a VERY long winter for a girls trip. We wanted a great backyard and this house didn't disappoint! The pictures look great, but this place is even better in person. We had everything we needed and spent most all of our time outside. The only complaint I heard was that a few beds were a little hard. We are really hoping we will be able to go back again in the near future.

We so enjoyed Kristi’s beautiful home! The pool temp was like bath water and the kids loved it. The backyard was truly an oasis. Location was centrally located for all the activities we had planned. Kristi was very communicative and accommodating to our needs.

Beautiful home. Very clean and updated. The backyard was amazing. We were so very thankful for the stand up heaters because we were there during a cold snap (low 60's), but were still able to enjoy the backyard. Despite the cool weather, the pool stayed warm enough to swim. Also loved the extra hooks outside for towels and wet swimsuits. A wonderful place for some R&R.

This home was perfect for our one week stay in Phoenix. Although the weather was colder than expected, the pool and hot tub were heated and felt great. The beds in all of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Also appreciated the quick responses to questions we had at the beginning of our trip.

We had such a good time here. The outdoor space was great with a lot of privacy, and the pool was the best one we have ever had at a rental house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It is also beautifully decorated. One of my husband's favorite features was the access to the garage parking. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area.

Our stay was excellent. The owner had thought of everything to give us a comfortable stay. The beds were good beds, the split bedroom floor plan worked perfect for our two families as we each had a side of the house with our own baths, the heated Pool and hot tub were great, location to anything we needed was close, the neighborhood felt safe and the owner answered any questions we had almost immediately. The house was perfect for our group of 5. Close to grocery store and other shopping areas. Bedrooms were good size and kitchen was very well supplied with what we needed for meal prep. The backyard/pool area exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a warm retreat in January and we were able to spend time in the pool every day on our trip. Kristi was great to work with! We would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this house with my parents, husband, and two kids (7 &3). The house had everything we needed, including well stocked kitchen and soap/shampoo/plenty of towels in the bathroom. Plenty of space to spend time together inside and out. The location was great for exploring multiple areas of Phoenix. We did a day trip to Sedona (under 2 hours from the house). Everything was just as described in the listing and the owners were friendly and easy to reach. Highly recommend!
