Could of had more cooking utensils & pots &pans Did not know bedrooms were upstairs. No working clocks in house.

The location and property itself was just fine however, we had to go get toilet paper, hand soap, and papertowels because there weren't any and toilet paper is something that was actually listed as an amenity. Sent a message regarding this and there wasn't a response I would also bring your own towels and sheets

The Cabin is located very close to downtown and the Hotel that the event we where attending. The owner responded promptly to the small issue we had checking in. I was very happy with our stay.

I received a call the first night from my crew, they said the water was not draining in the tub and filling up. I was getting ready to let you know, but they got back to me and said they were able to unclog the drain. Otherwise, the loculation was great for us. We have more work this summer and I may be contacting you again.

We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The fishing was good. We relaxed watching the sun come up on the bay. We even enjoyed the sand beach, grilling out and a fire in the pit. The closed in porch made enjoying the bay possible on the rainy day. We had a very relaxing visit.

Location was fine but some minor issues with house. The railing as you walk up front porch was completely rusted off and broken at base causing hazard. The windows blinds were hard to open and some of wind screens didn’t appear to fit properly possibly allowing bugs in. Plus there was a large brown stain on the wall in the bathroom and fixtures loose. These of course are minor cosmetic issues but for general appeal and safety should be addressed.

Per the rental manager, there was a useable gas grill and plenty of parking space. The gas grill was filthy dirt with maggets inside of it. There was only the driveway which made it very difficult getting into from the street which is a main access from I-90.

Location cannot be beat. Cooperation with Hirsch was wonderful. Beautiful bayfront location.

Average place. Fairly clean, ok beds, tiny, cheap living room furniture. I see reviews from 6 months ago about the broken railing, still not fixed. Even worse is the wood railing behind the house. Someone is going to get hurt. Reasonable price, got what we paid for.

We were very excited about our stay. My husband and three small children came for the weekend to see family in the area. Not sure if it was a fluke because other reviews mentioned the place being clean but upon our arrival we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We have a one year old who puts everything in their mouth and was constantly picking up things off the ground in every room. It was late when we arrived and with little kids we weren’t about to leave but still wanted to let the host know of our disappointment and in case they hired out the work that it was not done. She was very rude and over the top in all of her responses. We will definitely not be returning to stay here ever again.

Very comfortable cottage where we were able to meet friends for our once a year get together. Although weather and health prohibited our plans to canoe and sit by the fire, we had a very enjoyable time. We will plan to come again next year.

The placement of the house was very nice and close to lots of things and fairly easy to find. Several things on the properties needed repairs including stair railings and lights. And it needs more adult type seating in the living room, a loveseat and 2 rickety chairs not comfortable. Can't believe the only bathroom had no electrical outlet. Beds were fine.

We were here for an event so it was mostly just a place to sleep. However we enjoyed the back yard and walk down to the river! Beautiful view and enjoyed the fire pit! Was nice and clean and comfy! Would recommend getting the railing in the deck fixed, but other then that, all was great thank you

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! It was close to everything we needed and the family we were visiting! The fire pit was amazing and got a lot of use from us. It was exactly what the listing advertised it to be. My only critique is the main floor had a strong smell of a litter box. I’m sure not if it was the cleaning agents used or not. Other then that the house was very clean and a great stay!
