Slice of heaven

What a gorgeous little guest house. It has been beautifully renovated and is tastefully decorated throughout and kept immaculately clean. It felt like home away from home. The host Jessica lives on site and is welcoming, generous, accommodating and extremely helpful. She made this the best stay of my entire vacation. The location of this property is stunning and perfect for anyone who enjoys river or beach, or chilling on the front porch. Highly recommended! Wish I didn't have to leave.

Best location for beach, river and village-feel getaway.

Amazing location. Jess had made the house very comfortable and the share lounge and kitchen and front porch were really lovely. It’s perfect being able to just walk all around the township.

Basic accommodation, suited needs for the short stay.

The location was fine

Double booking. Moved into managers rooms. Grand daughter had to sleep on mattress on the floor. Not that it mattered but it is not what we paid for! This business is work in progress and it should be quite nice in a year or 2.

A relaxing house with a great vibe in a perfect location.

The house has heaps of character. Jess was an amazing host and does such a great job welcoming guests and setting the tone. Our children felt at home straight away and the puppy welcoming committee do a fantastic job also.

Being an old house there were some considerations in keeping younger children safe. All in all though, we would absolutely visit again.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. You can get very similar priced accommodation elsewhere.

Good location near the beach and township but that was all!

Rooms were cold and only a little fan heater. Large gaps under the doors and windows didn't shut properly. Electric cable out of the window in the bathrooms to outside lights with window left slightly open to accomodate cord. No fire alarm in the room and only one seen outside the room in the kitchen. No evacuation plan. Overpriced dorm like accommodation. Very basic and not worth the money.Shared bathroom where there was no hot water for showers on our first night because they were "full". We were told that there was a gas heated shower outside if we wanted to use it! If they didn't have a non refundable policy we would have left before the first night! Now I know to be very sure not to book non refundable accommodation! If the accommodation can't back itself with a refundable policy, DONT GO!

Very comfortable stay

My stay was a home away from home experience. Host Jessica was a welcoming host to add to a comfortable stay in lovely Brunswick Heads across the road from the beach, coffee and fine food next door and the river out the front.

I didn't bring any oat milk for my early morning cuppa.

We were welcomed with a smile and the host was very welcoming.loved the layout of the place and the furniture

There was a couple of problems with the power but the place is still under Reno's so not really a problem fot me

Good

Proximity to the main part of town, the vision that Jess and her partner have, and the little eatery next door. The old bones of the house and the thoughtfulness that is going into the place, they are doing a wonderful job.

Bless Jess, she did tell me the bed was squishy, but I didn't realise HOW squishy it was. That is the only thing that needed some attention in my opinion.

Great value and perfect location

This was great value in Brunswick Heads, perfectly located between inlet and sea, walking distance to town restaurants, hotel etc. The hosts are very friendly and the property has every thing you need. An excellent choice for a few nights away.

Great location and value for money for couples, families and friends.

Awesome location with the river on one side and the ocean on the other. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The shared spaces were beautifully decorated with comfortable seating and a functional kitchen. The shared bathroom was a large clean space with twin sinks, 2 toilets and a shower area with a large change table which worked well with the baby.
