Overall our stay was great. Staff at front desk were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but did not sleep well due to health issues. Went to the pool late last night round 9:30ish. Pool and area was clean but a little too cold for my liking. Hot water was coming through the jets but not warming the whole pool. A hot tub would be great!! Breakfast was excellent. A lot to choose from. I would for sure stay here again due to the fact it is close to the university and that why we choose this hotel. The university was holding an open house

Renovated. Service was great. I think corners had been cut on cleaning. Toilet seat was dirty and one bed when we hadnt been in it yet and pulled the sheet back the fitted sheet was full of dirt and like someone slept in it without changing it. We had to sleep on top of the flat sheet instead. Wanted to call and get new sheets but it was late! Not enough towels for a family of 4 either. Also we asked to pay in advance and they charged us days ahead of time. We might have wanted to use a different payment method? Breakfast was great!! Hotel was clean in hallways and other areas. Pool area was great. Id stay again but id check the rooms cleanliness upon arrival.

A lovely hotel, conveniently situated near main roads. Quiet location. Staff very friendly. Room large and very comfortable. Climate control very effective. Lovely new towels. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, huge TV and safe all excellent. Breakfast plentiful and good choice. Pool clean and had towels provided. Gym with three treadmills, two cross trainers, bike and lots of free weights.

It was a good experience at Holiday Inn express. We particularly were excited about the swimming pool for our kids. Though pool water wasn’t clear like we would have wanted. Breakfast was good.

Great stay! Breakfast was good but very busy. The ladies worked hard to keep everything stocked. The room was abit dirty…some marks in the shower and floors were not well cleaned. Other than that, another great stay at this holiday inn.

The room I was in had huge noise but couldn’t localise where the noise came from. The AC was not working properly. The breakfast lack healthy food alternative and had to stand in queue to get the little alternative there was. The room for the breakfast was crowded and at times there was no seat to eat breakfast. To add to the matter, they charged extra fee for unexpected expenses. The personal however were polite.

The hotel is pet friendly but they have a policy i didn't know about. Which is charging $50/night on the pet the pet shldnt be left unattended in the room. This is something I didnt know about when I booked. If i had know such thing i would have just left my dog in daycare. Cause having to take him with me on my scheduled trip and touristic plans ruined my whole stay!

This property is being used to house new Canadians. The breakfast area in the morning is overcrowded and lacking almost everything. One morning, a contractor was using a power sander in the dining room next to the tables. It was very loud and creating dust. We were socializing with friends during the evening and new Canadians were begging us for money. This hotel is located beside the police station. Between 5am and 7am officers are testing their lights and sirens for the start of their shift right beside the hotel. I have never written a negative hotel review but this was necessary. Too expensive for this type of hotel experience.

did not have a good stay... went to go in our room and our luggage was on the cart and wouldnt go thru door opening .... room was so small .... the breakfast on the first morning was okay the second morning was aweful .... we have never seen veans on a breakfast counter .... beans eggs and turkey sausage .... my husband for word stays at a holiday inn all the time and said this was the worst breakfest hes ever seen ... we couldn't fet breakfest people were butting infront of us with no care at all .... very bad experience. The wirst was when my husband was speaking to the gentleman at checkout he just ignored my husband gave him the receipt and moved on .... we were in toronto for my daughter's liver transplant and ti end the last part on a negative by this hotel is shameful .... we wont stay at this hotel again . Maybe your front of staff need to go back to school and learn proper customer service. No matter what you greet your customer and look at them not down and ignore them .... terrible

The man who checked us in, and the woman rushing everyone through breakfast could use some customer service skills, but the woman who checked us out and the cleaning team who we passed several times in the morning were incredibly friendly. Our room was very clean, but the floors of the hallways were not. I'd stay here again

Paid extra through Expedia to pay at the property when I arrived, but the Holiday Inn took the money long before I arrived. Not what i agreed to or paid extra for. The area around the hotel is super sketchy, be sure to eat and get gas before arriving at the hotel.

Nice hotel for business and family stay Staff was very nice Room is nice and clean location is a bit up north from downtown but close to airport so transportation was ok there was a small shopping mall and supermarket within 10 min walk which was nice as mentioned there is a police building next door so we felt safe during the stay.
