This fully remodeled and updated duplex has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Great for family reunions or extra large groups.
The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful and private retreat located on a dead end street in Springdale, Arkansas. Enjoy 2 separate houses for up to 20 guests. In the 6 bedrooms you will find 2 king beds in the master bedrooms, each has its own bathroom, queen size beds in two bedrooms, a set of bunk beds in another 2 more rooms, and a full-size sofa bed in each living room.
The master bedrooms have an attached bathroom with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor spaces have a hot tub in one side and a sectional sofa with a fire pit that is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage on the other side.
As you enter this inviting home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for a memorable family meal.
With 6 comfortable bedrooms, and 10 beds, this home can accommodate up to 20 guests (After 14 guests there is and additional $25/person per night fee). Each bedroom features plush beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are well-appointed and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
Step outside onto the patio and immerse yourself in the serene backyard oasis. Relax in the comfortable seating area or in the hot tub, turn on the gas fire pit for a delightful and relaxing time. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in a dead end street, our place is just a short drive away from local attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks. - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome (under 40 pounds), but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet plus a $150 per pet deposit. (2 pets max).
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces
- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
