Good location and reasonable price far outweighed by incredibly small rooms and virtually no amenities.

Room was very small and in the basement so window had no view. The bathroom was tiny if we were larger people you would struggle to sit on the toilet due to the small space it was in between the shower, the wall and the sink. There was no bin in the room so we couldn’t throw away the food we bought. The breakfast was poor the omelette was dry and flavourless and there wasn’t a lot of choice for the continental options.

This is a horrible motel, the entrance smells, I had a room in a basement, there were hair on my bed when I arrived.

Great location and very clean and modern

Ultra convenient place to stay steps from Kings Cross. Friendly, clean and perfect for what I needed.

Straight to the point: The online check-in was a waste of time. Had to do it all again in person. Friendly receptionist had no idea what the online check-in was for.
Good bits: Fresh look to the rooms, clean bedsheets and towels. Ceiling window with electric blackout blinds was a fun feature. I think other guests can see me in my bed though.
Take note: Limited space between furniture and space in the shower cubicle. Will struggle for plus size people. Opt for a larger room.

all good for a quick stay

I had not realized that there was no elevator. Stairs are narrow and there isn't necessarily a handrail. Breakfast was fine but very limited space; while I was having breakfast two people came in, saw that there was no space for them, and left. Close to St. Pancras rail station. Good Thai restaurant close by.

Great location. Rooms are clean but small and staircase has deep steps. No elevator. Hard to get timely help due to revolving staff and slight language barrier. New and very convenient.

Nice clean hotel but rooms very small

A simple room, bit on the small size but perfectly adequate for one night while on business. Door lock was a bit fiddly but once figured out, not a problem.
Bit of tube noise, but not loud enough to be a problem and they provided ear plugs if you really want silence!
4.0
Narrow corridors, some floors still under construction. Building works start at 7:00am, staff make unreasonable credit charges for missing laundry bags that weren't in my room anyway.

Could sleep at night because you could hear every single car outside. Horrible experience and I will not recommend anyone to stay there

Rooms are really small and the place was expensive for my booking. Breakfast was okay but in a tiny room. No wardrobe or closet for hanging clothes. Still waiting for a credit to be processed as was charged for 2 people for breakfast when there was only one guest. The place is all about making money and not too interested in customer service.

I ended up upgrading my room to a deluxe twin because the room I originally booked had a skylight and not a window. But if you like to sleep in a dark quiet room it would probably be a great option! The rooms are clean, well designed and the staff were really helpful, they even took pity on me for my 24 hours of transit and delivered some wine. The property is also in a great location. Will be staying again

I was accused of taking a laundry bag from room after I checked out but in all honesty I have not taken or even seen the laundry bag in the room , I hope that my honesty can be proven and that I will not be charged as I am offended by this accusation , never has a hotel accused this of me and charged me ?!

Very small room but fine for a solo traveller for a night or too. If I had a case I would’ve struggled with space and coming up the stairs as very narrow . But any room had a window which was great. You can hear a door slamming constantly all night which shudders the room which was annnoying trying to sleep and considering I could feel on floor two .

The hotel is small and cozy. They have made the most of the available space. Nicely designed and well appointed. There is no lift so I would recommend to solo travelers traveling light and those who are on the fitter side. Staff is great.

Room very small , don't think I would consider booking there again .
Good breakfast

Absolutely impossible to sleep in the basement (where I was placed), because of noise of air conditioning. When I asked for it to be turned off, I was told it wasn’t possible! Given ear plugs which were useless. Didn’t sleep. Would have been better rouging it at Kings Criss! Also objected to paying a £25’deposit’ when Expedia says all had been paid!

Hotel room very basic but clean. Noisy unit (separate to air con) which couldn't be turned off.
Left suitcase at reception to be put in room but wasn't there, was put into my friends room. Also very strangely was asked if I minded my room to be checked over when I was checking out. Have stayed in 100+ hotels and have never asked to wait whilst my room was checked. Illogical anyway as if any problem no-one would obviously hang about! I cannot fathom why that is a policy, but very awkward.

Continental breakfast only which i dont remember from booking. Only wanted croissant or chocolate croissant from menu but none available.

The rooms are small. Think cabin on a ship. Just for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor at the back. Given the hotel location it was quite quiet. The hotel staff were all courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very well presented. I had the omelette, cooked to order, and my partner has the breakfast bowl.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and restful. Vegetarian breakfast superbly presented, allow time to enjoy it!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with modern decor, small but to be excepted for London, we had a standard double with window on the ground floor, the window was a small one right near the ceiling, so no view and the room was very hot. We were disappointed that there was no tea and coffee facilities, when we asked the staff we were told we would need to upgrade to a deluxe double for this. As this normally comes as standard in a hotel room, even in a travel lodge, we thought this was a little unfair. The location is great, only a short walk from kings x, and lots of restaurants and shops around.

Poor work, only two free bottle waters even we stayed 7 nights there, odor from toilet, sink is unusual small which can’t make your wash your face smoothly, entry may be admitted by staff

A really good, value for money hotel, close to Kings cross St Pancras. It has pretty much everything you need!

Stayed here for one night brilliant distance to King’s Cross 5 min walk so good as a base. Staff more than helpful and was nice and clean room was a little tight for space but this wasn’t an issue.

great location, very clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

It was spotlessly clean with lots of little extras from shaving kits, dental kits & in room tea/coffee making facilities. Plus the people on the front desk were polite & helpful. I would return

The property was very clean, and I could tell it was brand new. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Especially with carrying your luggage to your room and storing it while you go out for the day and arrive early. My only feedback is the smell. I could tell it was a deodorizer, and maybe to sterilize the area. It was a little strong, so not good if you had a headache or a long day of travel.
The zooms for small however, I had a room for one person I deemed it perfect, however, if you are spacious, I would book a double room.

Extremely clean - very impressed
