Centrally located between West Hollywood and Hollywood near the city's most popular shopping and dining areas. Perfect location, walkable to malls, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Only a few blocks away from Target, Starbucks, pharmacy, walk of fame, movie theater, etc. Two-car parking is available and plenty of free street parking as well. The house is equipped with everything you need!
The Space:
One of the newest condos in town! All brand new interiors, appliances, furniture, decor, beds, mattress, furniture... everything brand new!
Spacious 3-bedroom condominium, perfectly located. just a few minutes away from the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd, 25 minutes to DTLA, and 15 minutes to Beverly Hills.
There are 3 Levels to this Hollywood Gem with a private main entrance and free parking. Balcony Space with comfortable seating and plenty of sunlight attached to the open-plan living area. Wonderful rooftop living space with lots of seating, 6-person dining area, barbecue grilling station and a large smart TV.
Full-Size Kitchen with utensils, silverware, basic cookware, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, full-size stove/oven and full-size refrigerator.
The bedrooms are tastefully designed to sleep 6 comfortably. Smart TV with Apple TV in each room, as well as, extra pillows, blankets and towels.

IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.
Guest Access:

Quiet family neighborhood within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and world famous Hollywood strip.
Getting Around:
Sightseeing in LA is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Los Angeles. Since this villa is managed by us you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.
Other Things to Note:
Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.
In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
2) No pets
We, out of principle, do not allow any pets.
3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW
You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
Parking: Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well.
Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.
Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check-out: 10:00am.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
