Villa Centaura is a bright and elegant three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Centaura you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Centaura is 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Centaura from the street level going up a walkway that includes approximately three stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Centaura. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a private parking lot. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: linens; towels.Available upon request: baby bed. The main entrance leads directly to living room from the street level. If you prefer, you can get a second entrance, accessible from the backyard of the house along a small alley. Through this second entrance you will reach the living room of the lower level climbing approx 10 steps, without having to walk the internal staircase connecting the lower level with the middle level of the house. Middle Level (Entrance Level)Terrace The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Positano. Living Room 1 The furnishings of the living room are romantic and elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa, three armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a small television (local channels). The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a large television (local channels). The kitchen has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. It has two French beds (120 cm/47 inches). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom 1 The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small high window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor. Laundry room In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Top LevelBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor climbing 12 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a CD player with FM radio. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Bottom LevelLiving Room 2 You will be able to enter the second living room from the corridor or from another independent entrance. The floor is paved with handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. The room has a small arched window with a view of the sea. Bedroom 3 You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of Positano. Bedroom 4 You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable.
