The Oceanside Villas are each 1000 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies. Free Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. The private fishing pier and laundry facilities (coin operated machines) are located across Ocean Blvd. at Sea Cabin Villas. Guests also are conveniently located near the Isle of Palms County Park (this is also the only lifeguarded area on the island) offers guests a playground for children. Oceanside Villas are within walking distance to grocery store, souvenir shops and restaurants.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo looks right over the pool and is across the street from the beach. Open floor plan between kitchen, dining and living. living room has plenty of seating that is both very welcoming and accommodating in both function and comfort. The couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The private balcony has seating for six and looks right over the pool. Since it faces the ocean you have great sea breezes too. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath, flat screen TV and all new furnishings. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled with a step-in shower. There is lots of natural light and a hair dryer mounted for your convenience. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin sized bed, flat screen TV and plenty of blankets and pillows. It has just been updated with new furnishings. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make your favorite meals. With this open living space, everyone can hang out together while you cook. The dining room table seats 6 and is also great for playing family games. A wet bar with extra sink and mirror outside the hall bathroom and between the bedrooms is convenient when sharing the bathroom. Ocean Side is in a prime location in the town's center "Front Beach" with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars across the street. Oceanside Villas does have access to the only fishing pier on the island!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This property was perfect for my husband and I and daughter on IOP! It was very clean and had the advantage of two bedrooms and two bathrooms which made our stay very comfortable and easy. The short walk to the beach was very accessible, and the pool was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay there and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and it was comfortable. Very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Steps away from the beach. Very convenient to a nice grocery store which was safe to walk to. Would stay here again.

We were very disappointed. The room was not ready at 4:20. There was no screen door. Only provided one parking pass and it clearly says you get two. Extremely hot in the condo. The TV in the room with 2 beds did not work neither did the bottom outlet or the fan. Also found two black bugs in king size bed. We booked with VRBO last year and it was a great experience. Had this been my first time I would not be booking again. Extremely disappointed for the cost. I would rate my experience this year a zero compared to a 10 last year

Great location to beach and amenities but condo is old and not insulated from sound. Heard every footstep above us, on the wooden exterior stairways and street. Cleaning service should be fired. I think they surface clean and nothing more. LVT Floors were positively filthy and haven’t seen a wet mop, quite possibly ever. Glass cooktop was shattered and shouldn’t even be used in its condition. Quarter round trim in bathroom was painted white but full of black gunk. The little porch was caked with dirt and carpet out there hadn’t been swept in a very long time. We never took our shoes off! Counters had sandy grit in them when we arrived too. On a positive note, Tim was very accommodating, the beach chairs were great and the layout of the place was perfect for 4 guests.

Definitely no frills! Everything was old and extremely worn. It was not cleaned well, the sheets kept pulling off the king size bed and the moldings were laden with dust and dirt. I went to use the hair dryer and it caught fire. The one in the other bathroom did not work either. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Pool was nice, not heated though. Water was freezing. Location was great…5 min walk to everything. Coffee, restaurants, beach.

Condo is as described. A couple blocks from restaurants & groceries, across street from beach. Gave it overall 4 stars because it is old and not comparable to 5 star more expensive properties-but it is spotless, well-equipped and comfortable.

Great location with easy access to beach and pool. Convenient parking, cut condo and set-up. Works well for family or 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and shared bath. Kitchen everything needed on Vacation. Lots of toys, chairs and beach items in large closet available for use.

Beautiful condo, steps from the beach, shops, excellent coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only 30 minutes into downtown Charleston. It was the best of both worlds- history and soaking up the beach! Tim, our host, was great. Very quick to respond to any questions. We’ll definitely be back.

The property is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach. The furniture was a little dated. It was fairly clean. We did have an issue with the sliding glass door and I did let the property manager know so that it could be fixed before the next family rents. Overall it was a great experience. We had 4 ppl in our group and we all had plenty of space. We definitely would rent again.

Looked clean but notice all that is used is a swifter and spray bottles a rag no mops and buckets. No washer and dryers which is my fault for not noticing this on ad laundromat was closed Sunand Mondays (kitchen only had 2 teaspoons was very poor set. For a rental for the price I paid for four days overpriced would not stay again.when we checked in the next morning to go out on balcony screen door broken and one of bathroom sink was clogged luckily there was a plunger cleared clog .advised the real-estate ASAP We were close to restaurants and grocery store

Great place to stay for our girls week. We will definitely stay here again. Everything about the place was great-short walk to beach or restaurants and shops, property overlooked the pool! You can tell the property has been updated and well maintained. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent.

It's a great location close to the beach and area restaurants. The condo was clean and the bed was good. The owners need to repaint the floor moldings and upgrade the TV reception to HD. A complementary box of facial tissues were not included, however their was ample toilet paper and paper towels.

My overall impression of the property was Fantastic. Very well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pots, pans, etc. Place was Very Clean! Only suggestion would be with the cleanliness of the entire place the couch was filthy. Only dirty in thing in the place. Needs cleaning or replaced. Did not interfere with our stay, we just threw a blanket over it.

Location to the beach / neighborhood is great. Location to the in development pool is also great. The decor inside was somewhat outdated but I personally could care less about that. The unit needs work. The outside railing is rigged up with some angle plates, the fan is rigged up with a cut off extension cord. Multiple electrical outlets do not work. Need a fresh coat of paint in the master bath as well as the exhaust fan to be cleaned. The entire outside area needs a cleanup. I would probably not rent this unit again but stay in the development based on location.

We returned to our favorite IOP home-away -from-home! This place is close enough to the beach, has good food nearby, and the pool is right by our balcony. My grandchildren loved the pool and made lots of summer vacation friends. My sister and I were able to unwind after a difficult year dealing with mom’s health issues. Great vacation for the four of us!
