This charming 340 sq.ft. escape in the exclusive Lionsgate Condominium community will delight your soul with its sophisticated small home living flair. Meander down brick walkways to this unit that is tucked away at the back of the property, yet steps from the shared pool. This lovingly restored retreat is everything you need for a sublime island getaway.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE
DETAILS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
This bright and airy condo has a sleek minimalist design, seamlessly forging living, eating and sleeping into a comfortable and functional space. Porcelain tile floors flow throughout and offer a cool embrace after coming in from the sultry island heat. The crisp and clean modern kitchen is beautifully functional with state of the art appliances and kitchen tools to include a countertop convection oven and separate cooktop (no traditional kitchen range). The quartz countertop is extended to allow for a convenient dining and work space. The bathroom features a custom tile, curbless shower with glass enclosure. A full size stacking washer and dryer add to the convenience of this well designed space. The Italian brand Clei Circe convertible queen bed with memory foam mattress folds away for comfort and ease of space.
OUTDOOR LIVING…
The French doors and deck open to the ample gardens and lush courtyard, heated community pool, grill, mini fridge, table with umbrella for 8, bar cabana and outdoor shower. Loungers and table seating afford plenty of opportunities for relaxation or dining under the stars.
PETS...
One dog under 60 lbs is allowed. Absolutely no cats, please.
PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

This stay was among my favorites. Everything was done with professional excellence. Warm and friendly neighbors were a bonus . Would stay again without a doubt.

This was a great unit. It’s perfect for 1 or 2 people, maximum since it’s a studio apartment. The bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning are great. The bed is also very comfortable. The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped. But the real beauty of this particular unit is the outdoor access. My only complaint was that they should have a small, movable coffee table for your drinks in the living/bedroom area. I hate just putting my glass down on the floor next to the couch/bedroom. It’s walking distance to Duval St but without the noise. There’s no designated parking spaces for cars (residents only) but scooter parking right out front.
