Ideal for families, this charming and tastefully renovated 145 sqm property enjoying a view of the Luberon countryside is located near pretty Rognes village.
Set in 2000 sqm of grounds, it benefits from an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with barriers and a motorized shutter, a boules pitch, a covered 45 sqm terrace and a childrens’ games room.
The property includes:
Ground floor: a spacious living/reception room with a kitchen opening onto the terrace, a wc.
1st floor: A double bedroom and a 4-bed dormitory, a shower room.
2nd floor: two double bedrooms, a shower room and wc.
Former outbuildings have been converted into a terrace with a lounge area, a dining area, a summer kitchen with a barbeque and plancha, and a recreation room for young children.
The ensemble, formerly the annexes of the main “bastide” typical to the region, is within a 5-hectare property (2000 sqm of which is reserved for the rental).
While the charming owners live in the main house, this in no way affects the privacy of tenants.
The rental property is classed as a 5-star furnished holiday let.
A cot, a high chair, a tub and toys and games are available for children.

Included in the tariff:
- A complete set of bath and bed linen for each week booked
Obligatory cleaning:
- 4 hours on departure
Options:
