Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds and one bunk bed,
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen,
- a shower room,
- and a salon.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee Machine, TV, Wifi.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- near the Christmas village (from 16/11 to 06/01)
- close to the beach,
- 5 minutes by car from the Explor'Addiction,
- and 8 minutes from the city centre.
There are various bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
For your everyday shopping, you will find a “Carrefour” supermarket seven minutes away by car.

## Emplacement
A marked identity, a famous seaside resort… Barcarès has everything to seduce. Surrounded by a pond and the sea, this strip of land was abandoned until the 17th century. It was then that a fishing village settled there and a few decades later, Le Barcarès has a fishing port of importance and even shipyards where the famous Catalan boat is built. In the 1960s, real estate developers took control of the coast and made Barcarès a famous seaside resort with the symbol Lydia, stranded on its beaches. This liner, now converted into a museum, disco and restaurant, is the fourth oldest existing liner in the world. The districts all have a special character and you will love to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of each one. From the old village to the Grande Plage, from the Lido to the Port, the atmospheres change and give a unique character to Barcarès.
