Our open second floor boasts a modern kitchen, inviting dining area for 6 guests, and a comfortable living room—perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.
On the top floor, you'll discover a cozy master bedroom, with an en-suite master bath. An additional bedroom/office ensures a comfortable designated working space.
Ascend the stairs to access our rooftop deck, a hidden oasis that beckons you to unwind and soak up the sun-drenched Seattle summers. Whether you're sipping on a refreshing beverage, enjoying a barbecue, or simply basking in the panoramic views, our rooftop deck is an idyllic spot for relaxation.
Immerse yourself in the charm of Columbia City, with its world-class cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and an art gallery just moments away. A 12-min walk will lead you to the Light Rail, providing a quick access to downtown, the airport, and the University of Washington.
Within a leisurely 10-minute walk, you'll find yourself surrounded by fantastic bars, ethnic food places, a vibrant farmer's market, eclectic shops, an old-time movie theater, and the picturesque shores of Lake Washington. And if you choose to explore beyond the neighborhood, convenient bus routes along Rainier Avenue and reliable ride-sharing services such as UBER and Lyft offer easy transportation options. Please ensure the total number of guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone!
3. Dishes
Please load the dishwasher and start it before you depart.
4. Garbage
Before your departure, please ensure that all garbage or waste, including outdoor areas and any dog waste, is gathered and properly disposed of.
*If your check-out day falls on a Wednesday, please wheel the bin out to the curbside, as garbage collection takes place every Thursday.

Thanks Carla for all you did for us during our stay! You made check in and check out so great and the place was amazing! We used all floors of this place and was a great location near our fav coffee shop, coffeeholic! Definitely recommend this stay!

Super cute and comfy! The photos are a true representation of the nice modern decor…. Simple, clean and comfy! The Host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Will stay again!!
