A gorgeous three bedroom apartment with a lovely garden and private hot tub, situated in one of the most desirable coastal villages in the UK with amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean and stunning sunsets!. All on the Ground Floor:

Beachbreak is a gorgeous five star three-bedroom apartment perfect for up to six guests and set in a re-developed building directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with two other luxury apartments that can be jointly booked by larger groups if required. There’s a private entrance to this luxury apartment (accessed by ten steps, no handrail).
The accommodation comprises an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with bi-fold patio doors leading out onto a lovely garden and patio where you can spend hours soaking up the sea views and enjoying the luxurious private hot tub. The living area has quality furniture and a smart TV, and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are three bedrooms; two doubles one with a dressing area, fitted wardrobes and en-suite. Then there’s a twin room with two single beds in it, perfect for the younger ones, and all bedrooms have Smart TVs and doors leading outside. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and a shower cubicle, plus a utility cupboard within with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property benefits from two allocated parking spaces with 10 steps leading up to the property; with additional parking available in the village public car park just ½ mile away.
The village of Woolacombe which is just below Mortehoe boasts 3 miles of golden sands, great surfing waves and a fantastic coastal footpath. There are shops, cafés, restaurants and a great boutique cinema in a local hotel too, all just a 10-minute stroll away! The main beach is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer, and you can make the most of the location for its beautiful sunsets, one of the spectacles regularly enjoyed by locals and surfers out on their boards in the Atlantic waters. Voted in 2020 Number 6 in Europe and Number 20 in the world, Woolacombe Beach is one of the best in the UK and is renowned for its cleanliness and water quality.
Should you choose to venture away from this stunning location, Woolacombe is perfectly positioned for exploring the truly awe-inspiring North Devon coastline and all its beauty and to enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. Then there’s Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first Dark Sky Reserve, just 13 miles away and Lynton and Lynmouth, 20 miles to the east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world! And of course, if Woolacombe isn’t enough for you then there are several other world class beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho! – all of which are famous for their surfing qualities, vast stretches of sand and great dunes!
