Channel your inner chef in the sleek modern kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of upscale appliances like a double oven and a French-door fridge. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a sitting area and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. Functioning as the fifth bedroom, a home office provides an additional sleeping area and a quiet spot to work or study remotely. Enjoy beautiful walking trails and other fun outdoor activities nearby. The Harbor Rockwall is 5.8 miles away and offers restaurants, music, and a water feature. House Rules This home has Netflix capabilities. Streaming is available using your own account. You may sit and enjoy the dock, but it is not available for boat parking. A queen sofa bed in the second living area provides an additional sleeping option. Please respect the no indoor shoe policy. The pool spa is not currently operational. Parking notes: There is free parking for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: This home has active exterior security cameras with a 360-degree view; all cameras point away from the property, including a doorbell camera. Dock details: You may sit and enjoy the dock, but it is not available for boat parking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
