The house is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Second Smart TV in bedroom. Air conditioning. Motorized external blinds with remote control. . Full kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with tub and shower. A new washing machine is available. Enclosed private parking. Located near to the pedestrian area of the seafront with evening entertainment, markets and many restaurants. At 100 meters from the house it is possible to buy the daily catch from the local fishermen in the morning. Possibility of renting e-bikes and organizing excursions at sea and in the mountains. Very quiet neighborhood, ideal for families. Sonia and Roberto's guests can enjoy an exclusive beach service included in the rate.
