Exceptional

Hotel is modern and clean. Very good location too. There’s a huge free Parking Plot just in front of the hotel and around it. The hotel has a very cozy Cafe/Restaurant too. The staffs are very helpful, professional and friendly. Lake, Bars and restaurants are just all around the corner.Very well recommended!!

Pleasant stay next to the lake

Friendly staff, good location right next to the lake and close to the city center, very good breakfast. Room was small but nice.

Few things in the room/bathroom need maintenance. It wasn’t problem for me but it’s worth to mention that parking is limited.

The room curtains need some more loving and care as well as the plumbing in the shower.

Nice modern boutique hotel, constructed in recent years. Friendly staff.

Entry to hotel....to get access to reception and the rooms one has to pass through a cafe of tables etc. not convenient if you travel withsuitcases.

The perfect hotel to stay in Ioanina

Great experience at Z hotel. We stayed only one night but it was the perfect choice. Comfortable, modern and big room, amazing breakfast (like a brunch indeed), and the best hospitality! Nicos and Iota are great hosts and we were lucky to get to meet them and learn more about Greek culture and their region. The hotel is 5-10 min walk from the center and main restaurant area, and is in front of the lake. The walk around the lake is really nice!

A pleasant surprise by the lake

A nice new hotel, very close to the lake, the castle, and the historic centre of Ioannina. Stuff was helpful and welcoming. The room was beautifully furnished, was quiet and calming, and with crispy clean bed sheets and towels. Bathroom was very clean too. Definitely going back next time I visit the city!

The windows did not have a window screen to keep the insects (especially mosquitos) out if it was open. This should be fixed :)

An excellent hotel which I will definitely revisit

The room was modernly and tastefully furnished and decorated and was impeccably equipped. The breakfast was delicious. Location, a few steps from the lake. The staff was kind and helpful.

A city hotel that could improve its services.

- Location, - Staff was friendly, - Beds were comfortable

- The bathroom was evaporating odours, we could not sleep from the bad smell. - Amenities could be better for a 4* hotel.

Great hotel, great value for money!

very stylish little boutique Hotel, every detail was perfectly arranged. Fully equiped room, with central A/C, confort bed, very polite and friendly personnel. Super breakfast! freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of cheese and ham and bread! Impecable!!! super patio for our breakfast! walking distance from the old town center and the castle, positioned in front of the lake!

We enjoyed our stay The location was perfect walking distance to main sights the breakfast was excellent Mario was so kind and friendly gave us good information about Ionnina. The room was convenient and nice. We shall come back.

Great find in Ioannina

What a great find. First, the hosts are incredibly warm and friendly. As soon as we got there, they asked us what our plans were for our visit. When we told them, they handed us a hand written note for a suggested itinerary around mount Vikos. When we were about to head out to town, they made suggestions of what to see around town and even made some phone calls to make sure the Silversmithing museum was open. Every moment the hotel made it a point to exceed expectations. The rooms were nice. It felt like a modern hotel. Modern furnishings and styles. We were also pleased with our triple room, which is not very common. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of food. It does cost extra but worth the price. We ate in the morning, did our traveling, and were still not hungry even when lunch time came around. The location was great. Across the street is the park by the lake, and on the same street is a long line of bars and restaurants. The castle is a 10 minute walk, as is more dining areas. And if you don't feel like venturing out, they have a cafe/bar here as well. Parking was not an issue. There is a road near by in front of the lake with lots of parking spaces.

Very nice hotel in center of Ioannina, close to a lot of restaurants

Very comfortable beds, good shower and very good and varied breakfast. We were welcomed in a very pleasant way with lots of information.
