About this house rental

This modern luxury 4 bedroom 3 bath home is a rare find! Located on the Peninsula at Possum Kingdom Lake with panoramic lake views from the wall of windows and doors in a open concept living, dining and kitchen. The large 8 person dining table is open to the spacious living area with floor to ceiling doors and a modern fireplace. The living area features multiple seating spaces, all situated to take in the amazing views. The large island with seating for six allows for plenty of prep and gathering space. The kitchen includes all high-end appliances and necessary cooking accessories including a coffee machine, separate ice machine, separate wine and drink refrigerator and features a mixed or frozen drink machine. Numerous decks and balconies! Each bedroom has its own walkout deck or balcony.
The main walk-out deck is from the Living Room, Dining and Kitchen area. Our main deck features a hot tub overlooking the lake, full outside living room sitting area with fire pit, 8 person dining table, grill(s), full size sun lounger for two or three, ping pong table, outside sitting areas and a modern twist on a twin bed perfect for relaxing and napping.
Numerous outdoor seating areas and decks, ensure you can always find a spot in the shade or the sun at any time of the day.
Outside activities include a beautiful private pool with a sundeck that includes ledge loungers all over looking the lake, a hot tub on the main patio overlooking the lake, a beautiful rock fireplace surrounded by adirondack chairs for nightly s’mores overlooking the lake, an outside ping pong table, a beautiful hiking/mountain bike trail on the hill just behind the house and a private dock with mooring ropes for tying up your boat or wave runner, fishing rods for fishing off the dock, a big mable for tubing, a paddle board and many other lake toys. Within 1 mile from grocery store and boat ramp.

Growing up going to PK a lot in High School I was excited to take my family and family friends back there so they could experience it for the 1st time and this house defiantly did not disappoint. The house was amazing and very well kept. the amenities were top notch and the views from the patio we fantastic. Communication with the owner quick and clear! we hope to make this an annual trip in the future.

The house was great! Our party of 7 was perfectly accommodated with some room to spare. The layout is really nice with 2 bedrooms (1 king + 1 queen) on the bottom floor that share a bathroom. On the second level is a very large master with a nice, breezy deck and another large suite-like room with two twins and a couch. Both rooms have large bathrooms. All the areas had their own AC controls. The pool area was just the right size for our party of 7, and had a nice view of the lake. The main living room, kitchen and large patio were a great gathering and entertaining space. The location is ideal -- near the marina with two great restaurants and boat rental, but also just down the road from the main grocery store. The host was very quickly responsive. We would certainly stay here again.

Great house for small group, best views on lake PK! Great entertaining area, very well supplied for cooking and entertaining. Our new favorite PK rental, great location, new pool area was awesome.

This house has probably the best view of any house on Possum Kingdom lake. Every room had great views through a wall of windows and balconies. The location is very convenient to the boat ramp and other peninsula amenities. The pool gets full shade in the afternoon which is very nice after a long day in the sun on the lake. I would definitely rent again

The house was everything and more!!! We were the first guests to verbo this house and words cannot express the way we all felt . I verbo every year on PK and this is by far my favorite place yet I hope to Vrbo again thanks Sherrey we love your lake house !!!! Great location on possum kingdom also.
