About this apartment rental
This apartment is on the first floor, ideal for those who cannot climb stairs and has a cozy balcony overlooking the pool.
It is Fully furnished, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.
We have three bedrooms and 4 beds fitting 8 guests. 2 Queen bed, 2 full Bed. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave and fridge. It has all the silverware and pots and pans.
Guests must send our host full names of each guests 72 hours before check-in so that security can have the registration and allow you access since it is a gated community.
Guests will experience a self check-in! 2 parking spaces.
Check-in starts after 3:00pm
Check-out is at 11:00am
If interested in Early Check-in or Late Check-out please consult our host.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 6 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
TM Vacation Rentals strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towel per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
