Southern Charm is located directly on Little Lagoon with a small private beach, a heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a solo outdoor fire pit (firewood provided), indoor fireplace and close to the Gulf. This home is situated in an exclusive area on Ft. Morgan Road with limited short-term rentals. You won't have to fight the traffic for a quick grocery run, but you’re centrally located to everything you'll want to experience while visiting Gulf Shores!
If it's comfort you want, this home has it. The house was designed to accommodate multiple families and offer privacy to all guests. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, 58" Roku Smart TV's and premium mattresses. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms, four bedrooms have direct access to a deck. The main master features a king bed, patio, blackout curtains, double sinks, and a luxury shower with body sprays. It also has a dedicated workspace and a laser printer, located by the window so you can work with a view. The family room, kitchen and dining area are open and naturally flow to the main deck, making it easy and comfortable to accommodate large groups. The living area features a fireplace and a 65" Roku Smart TV. There are three dining areas in the home, offering indoor and outdoor dining. The dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island seats 4, to accommodate 12 for indoor dining. The kitchen is a Chef's kitchen, featuring premium appliances and all of the extra small appliances families need (air fryer, crock pot, blender, mixer, etc), serving bowls, platters and spices for your convenience!

Outdoors you will find a main deck dining table seating 6 and a picnic table on the patio comfortably seating 6-8. The pool/patio area has a comfortable outdoor seating set that provides an abundance of seating in the shade. You’ll also find plenty of Adirondack and lounge chairs around the pool to soak up the sun. The pool is heated and chilled for the optimum temperature, featuring 2 tanning ledges, and in water chaise lounges.

If you're into golf, you're in luck! Located less than 8 miles to 5 golf courses, the closest only 2 miles away, you can play 18 holes and still have time to hit the beach.

After a long day having fun in the sun or playing 18 holes, enjoy a relaxing soak in the therapeutic hot tub, which seats 6, features 47 jets and Bluetooth speakers for your entertainment. Beyond the pool is a cozy fire pit area (firewood provided) , and a gate providing direct and easy access to the lagoon.

Other features include hair dryers in each bathroom, an outdoor shower, a Weber gas grill, indoor and outdoor family games, a single person kayak and multiple size life vests, and several ice coolers.

This home was designed to entertain and relax!

PIER CONSTRUCTION BEHIND THE HOME. Construction will begin on October 21st and last approximately 6 weeks. There will be a pause during the week of Thanksgiving.

NOTE: For our guests convenience, we have furnished the home with the following beach supplies: Umbrella, tent, blanket, chairs, toys and a large collapsible beach wagon for easy transport! (See photo)

Southern Charm is in a brand-new construction area therefore, there may be construction noise during workdays between 7am to 3 PM

*Pool heating is subject to air temperature. Thermostat is set to 91, however heat pump performance can be affected by air temperatures below 45 degrees, which can affect actual water temperature. We had an absolutely fantastic stay here in Gulf Shores! Rob and Susie were incredible hosts—generous, kind, and always available to answer any questions we had. They provided us with wonderful recommendations for local restaurants, which were spot on. The house was spotless, and the quiet neighborhood allowed us to truly relax and unwind. This has undoubtedly become our favorite vacation destination, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful and charming! With a family of 18 the pool and outdoor area was a huge hit! We swam from 6am-10pm! The kitchen and living room were very open and held all of us! Would definitely go back!

This property was amazing! From the house , to the view, the outdoor spaces, you honestly can not just love everything about it! We have stayed at the beach many times and this place is my favorite! The furniture is gorgeous, and the house itself is stunning. We stayed 5 nights and did not want to leave. So much room for everyone. We had a party of 14. The pool was so perfect along with the hot tub. We cooked in the kitchen, grilled fish on the grill, and loved the space that’s under the garage for being outside but when you need to get out of the sun. Something I really appreciated was how they provide laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, dryer sheets,dawn, paper towels-I usually spend at least 100$ buying all that stuff. Also- no need to buy anything to take to the beach!! They have it all! Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach toys, wagon! You can actually save money by staying here because they provide it! You will not be sorry for picking this property. Thank you Rob and Susie for the awesome time spent at Gulf Shores!!

We have never stayed at a more perfect property! Host was exceptional. Everything was just as listing stated plus more!! Plenty of room for the 7 kiddos and 8 adults. Fishing in lagoon, great size pool and spa were a hit for all. Highly recommend for multiple families or vaca with friends which is our next plan…. Great bed and bath combinations, well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach and pool toys, chairs etc. If you are planning a trip, jump on this one before it’s gone!!!

We hosted my parents 70th birthday there with our family of 17! It was the perfect place - enough room for each family and they had everything on property. The pool was amazing with an amazing view and hot tub! We also asked for recommendations for dinners - and they got back to us so quick with great recommendations! We would give this property 10 stars if we could!

We loved our stay this year, we have stayed in Gulf Shores for five plus years now in a couple other homes and this by far was the best. The location was great for general access as well as proximity to bike trails for the kids. The pool and house were great and the kids loved it. Would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful, clean, welcoming home! We had the absolute best time! The home was well stocked and had a lot of little extra touches that were so nice. Communication with the homeowner was excellent. The home was exactly as pictured - no surprises except the neighborhood does have quite a bit of construction going on nearby. This is absolutely nothing the homeowner can control and the workers were aware we were vacationing and kept interuptions to a minimum. All in all, such a great time! We are already talking about coming back! Thank you so much!!!

I held a corporate retreat with my sales team here and it went off without a hitch. The place was better than advertised. The location was perfect and the sunrises were stunning. The heated pool and hot tub were welcomed after our philanthropy event. I will stay here again.
