Bright spacious 3 BR home in gated Palmetto Dunes Resort, with gourmet kitchen, sunroom, patio, & sprawling backyard. Great for family gatherings & entertaining. Enjoy a short 5 minute walk/bike ride to Hilton Head Islands award winning beach, 3 Golf courses - Robert Trent Jones, Fazio, and Arthur Hills, pickle ball, tennis, shopping, dining, The Dunes House beach access and Grill, Palmetto Dunes General Store (best soft serve ice cream!), and Shelter Cove Marina shops and restaurants, Kroger, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx and Wine and Spirits to name a few!

This was a perfect spot for my brother who wanted a fun, yet relaxing and laid back bachelor party. We stayed here with 7 guys in their 20s-30s, and we had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with a short, 5-minute walk to the beach, 4-minute drive to the golf courses, and just minutes away from shopping centers and other great Hilton Head communities. The owners were super accommodating and responsive. Would definitely come back here when it is just my family and I!

The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for our family’s stay. We especially enjoyed the spacious family room area and seating which allowed us all to sit comfortably together for game night. The location was great; we were just a short bike ride away from places we wanted to explore. Our communication with Lisa was phenomenal - she was quick to respond, informative, and helpful. We would happily recommend this listing to others.

Spacious, comfortable home on huge corner lot in ideal location. Quiet, lush neighborhood. Lots of amenities beyond the website description-we had everything we could possibly need!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for us. It had everything we needed. It wasn't too far from the beach. Lisa, our host helped me find a place to rent bikes and answered all my questions in a timely manner. It's a great place to stay at HHI!

We loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the couch was great! We actually had two deer walk right up to the windows one afternoon and an egret flew in one day as well. Amazing.

The home was the perfect size and layout for four adults, though there is room for a couple more. We very much appreciated the cleanliness throughout the home — kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we enjoyed the sunroom in the mornings and evenings. Easy and pleasant walked to the beach.
