This charming, slope-side condo features vaulted ceilings, mountain décor, and an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and end counter seating for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large wall-to-wall windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the mountainside outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill.
This condo features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom – the primary bedroom has access to the balcony. The secondary bedroom also features a king bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds with access to a full bathroom across the hall. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, one set of bunk beds, and a TV and en suite bathroom.

Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.
**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

The unit was spacious and nicely furnished. The Vacasa staff were excellent - very prompt and helpful. The location was close to the Village shuttle stop and property also offers to drop you off and pick you up from anywhere within the Snowmass area.

Nice early check in. Great location.
Kitchen sink didn’t work, was told would not work for entire stay. Problem was known before we checked in. Had daily house keeping to clean dishes and was provided bottle water to drink.
Maintenance tried to fix the sink at one point and proceeded to flood the carpet surrounding the kitchen. Was left with a wet floor covered in towels for remainder of stay.
Property manager on site was unresponsive until we placed numerous calls over multiple days.
Asked for reduction in charges due to kitchen issues. Was told we received bottled water so should be fine.

The location was a 10. Super easy to get to the complex. A short walk up some steps and you are on the mountain ready to ride. Coming home is even easier as you can Board/Ski right up to the entrance.
The onsite management was a 10. We had some issues when we arrived with some things not working. All issues were resolved very quickly and did not disrupt our stay at all.
Home Comfort was a 9. The bedrooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The main living area was nice but could use a larger couch and more comfortable chairs. We had 4 adults and it was tight just trying to hang and watch TV. The wood-burning fireplace was wonderful.
The kitchen was a 5. I am not ever one to complain. I am a chef and I rent homes with a kitchen so that we can prepare our own food and relax after a long day on the mountain. Unfortunately, this kitchen lacked the basics. There were a handful of stainless pots with no non-stick pans at all other than the one that was had all the Teflon peeling off in chunks. No knives to prep vegetables or meats, the carrot peeler and can opener were so dull they did not work. We went out and purchased a non-stick so we could actually fry an egg without having to use a ton of oil with a very cheap pan. Gross half-melted cutting board. Super cheap kitchen utensils all around. Plates, glasses, and silverware were great though. I have owned rental units and have stayed at numerous and have never been more disappointed with the kitchen setup. A couple of hundred dollars investment would make a world of difference in this home. If you plan to eat all of your meals out, then none of this should be an issue for you.
Overall we made due in the kitchen by utilizing the oven as much as possible and purchasing a non-stick pan and a Chef knife.
I do recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. I would just hope that the owners would spend a few bucks and make the kitchen more functional.
